"Everything was OK. The staff especially the owner I believe was super accommodating. My grandma and me came and stayed during my trip to Cedar Point and he made sure we had a downstairs room so she didn’t have to walk up the steps and didn’t charge me extra for that so we are super appreciative. "Nice area, close to restaurants and town"

"Check in was easy. They are in the process of renovations. Our room smelled very musty, the tub didn't drain well and felt unstable (like bouncy thin plastic). The fitness room was closed for renovation. Breakfast was typical: make.your own waffle, scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own instant oatmeal, and saran-wrapped apples."

"I was very disappointed with my experience. I had a reservation and planned to pay when I arrived to check in, as I have done at many hotels. However, I was told that my card had to be charged before I was even allowed to check in. When I explained that I didn't have the funds available yet but would by the time I arrived, I asked if my reservation could simply be canceled. "The hotel cleanliness was below average. It seemed apparent that the hotel was struggling with staffing. While most of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the housekeeping seemed to be lacking the attention that I usually experience and expect."
