Great location close to town centre and river Allier. Rrally helpful staff on reception and at bar ( shame about restaurant manager who was unnecessarily inflexible and lavking any customer service!)

Hotel has seen better days. Properly is outdated. One female waitress was excellent in the evening, had an attitude that she is talking to equals.
