Very good location, close enough to walk to the Rapperswil train station, castle and downtown restaurants and shops in a few minutes. Great service, friendly and helpful staff.

Older hotel about 15mins tram ride to old town. Air conditioning not up to Australian/American standards - in 35C heat room only cooled 3C below so really not much respite from hot weather. Clean, comfortable and fresh.

On site staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our travel needs and needs in the apartment. The apartment had all things you need to make a meal and relax. It’s close to walking trails and grocery stores. Very walkable distance to bus and train, especially the bus comes every 10mins very convenient. Samira was very understanding to allow us to stay a little longer to ensure we had time to prepare to fly home.
