Beautiful but not what we booked

Super modern and new, but we didn’t get the room type that we booked. We booked a fisherman’s cabin with a small kitchen and we got a room with a loft and one bedroom and a small living room. No kitchen and Nowhere to store or cook food / breakfast. The closest breakfast spot was in town which took about 20 minutes to get to and often didn’t open till 9 or 10 am so that was a bit disappointing. There was also nowhere to throw our garbage so we had to buy plastic bags to have something to throw our rubbish in. The room we got was beautiful though and we absolutely loved the bathroom, had we booked this room type we would have been thrilled! When we checked out ( all online ) it asked us to pay for our stay but we hade already prepaid but when we asked the owners they told us that they were working with the supplier to have it looked over.

Well, we paid for bed and breakfast but couldn’t even find the reception building, let alone the breakfast area! We were sent a PIN code to access the property and entered without a problem at around 6pm. We looked for the reception/breakfast area but couldn’t see anything around the property that was even open. We may have missed it but to be honest I feel like I paid for something I didn’t receive so am a little disappointed. On top of that I received a text on the morning of checkout asking me to pay for the two nights we stayed, but we had already paid via Expedia. All slightly unusual I’m afraid. I’d be keen to hear back re this review

Merci pour le séjour! L’arrivée est à améliorer certainement! Assurez-vous d’envoyer le code pour être en mesure d’entrer car il n’y a personne à l’accueil. De plus, le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas. Heureusement une voisine nous a aidé. Il serait important de mieux indiquer les chambres 101-103-105. Elles sont neuves donc super propres et confortables. Nous comprenons qu’il semble y avoir des rénovations, nous suggérons d’ajouter un frigo, des ustensiles, des plats, des petites tables. Il serait utile d’avoir quelques trucs pour déjeuner. A+ pour le confort du lit!

Erinomainen huoneisto 82m2, hyvä varustelu (pyykinpesukone), hyvin parkkitilaa. Vaikka paikkaan johtaa kapea pikkutie eikä huoneistossa ole viilennystä, suosittelen tätä majapaikkaa. Koska Lofooteilla ei juuri ole ötököitä, voi ikkunat ja ovet pitää hyvin auki yöisin.

Super logement mais manque un concierge sur place

L'endroit est magnifique même s'il faisait un peu gris quand nous sommes arrivés. Le logement est merveilleux. Les lits sont moelleux et confortables. Il manquait un store à la cuisine. J'ai du mettre une serviette de bain pour être tranquille car gros vis a vis. Le plus gros problème : la communication des informations pour faire le check in et le check out. On s'est retrouvé à la porte du lodge sans pouvoir l'ouvrir et nous avons dû trouver un numéro de téléphone du concierge qui n'était pas sur place. Un mail m'avait annoncé le numéro du logement la veille de notre arrivée et que je recevrais un mail pour m'expliquer comment rentrer sauf que je ne l'ai pas reçu. Le concierge a dit que j'aurais dû recevoir un sms mais là non plus rien. Pour partir, l'appli nous demande de faire le check out en ligne mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Quant à la borne de recharge pour la voiture nous la cherchons encore car bien sûr nous n'avons pas eu de réponse par message avec l'assistance... Heureusement nous n'avions pas compté sur cela et avions assez pour nous rendre le lendemain dans une station de charge plus loin. Voilà pourquoi je ne mets pas 5 étoiles. Le logement les vaut mais il ya un soucis avec la plateforme ou le concierge pour gérer l'arrivée et le départ et l'absence de la borne de charge. Je comprends pas qu'à ce prix là il n'y ait pas quelqu'un sur place pour accueillir les gens.

Fantastisk sted og overnatting! Vi hadde et utrolig fint opphold på Ure Lodge. Nydelig utsikt og en sjarmerende rorbu med det man trengte. Stedet bar noe preg av at det var under oppussing, så når restauranten og ute-spa er oppe å går, vil dette stedet være et 10/10 sted å overnatte under en ferie til Lofoten.

Fantastisk rorbu, ny og romslig. Det skjer ingen ting på Ure. Litt støyete med folk som satt på uteplassen og skulle på jobb. Samme om morgenen. Mye støy fra brygger og området.

Fantastisk sted ved sjøen. Rorbua var stor og moderne med utsikt til sjø og fjell. Kjøkken med alt av tilbehør. Senga var utrolig behagelig. Stille og rolig sted med bare noen kilometer inn til Leknes sentrum. Anbefales.
