Nice hotel for visiting Verona, great location for visiting local bars and café. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre. Staff were helpful and pleasant. You get free bottle water each day. Check out is 10.30 not 11.

This listing falsely advertises “parking included,” when in fact there is no parking included with the cost of the reservation. Upon checking in, you will receive a communication stating that there’s the option to park on the street or to park in their private parking lot for an additional cost of 15€. For context, we visited Verona in the off season and arrived outside of rush hour, and there were still no parking spots available on the street, so we were forced to spend additional money to reserve a parking spot, despite reserving a booking with parking included. When trying to resolve the claim, we received no help from the hotel. Besides this, the stay was fine. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Zero sound insulation- you could hear the neighbors speaking next door even when they were quiet. Nothing was stellar besides the water pressure in the shower.

The property was booked 5 months ago for only one night. You expect everything to be fine. It is the beginning of the summer, and your lodging is your home for this special day. The temperature outside is high, but unfortunately the cooling system of this place is insufficient to properly cool the size of this 2-story apartment. Accommodation for 2 guests is fine in a nice mezzanine, but for 2 additional guests (our 10 and 11 year old children) is inconvenient in the main level: the beds occupy the main floor leaving little room to move around. The fridge was not working, hence we couldn’t cool of some beverages we were carrying. Make sure the room is cool and the fridge can handle a few cold drinks.

Never again!

The description indicated a restaurant, there was none. It stated free parking, but “somewhere in Verona.” We had to park 750m away and our car was robbed overnight. Our suitcase was taken and some money we had in the console. Breakfast is included; it was a bag of stuff hung on a hook by the door.

Firstly, the accommodations were not accessible until 3pm. No lobby and no place to store our luggage. The information provided on the website under “special instructions” stated the front desk is open daily from 8:30am-7pm. This was incorrect. One day prior to checking in, we received a reminder from Expedia that check in would be at 3pm. At this point, we had already booked our train and city tours, which we were unable to attend. As a result of this misinformation, we had to stay in the sun from 1:03 PM to 3:00 PM. My husband and I are both in our 70s. We did not plan to check in early; we just wanted to store our luggage until later. After two hours, we finally received the room key. The experience was horrible. The living rooms are located separately and quite far from the office room. Our room was on the second floor with steep steps and no railings, and I almost fell while carrying our luggage. In our room, there was a net on the ceiling and no blackout drapes/curtains as disclosed. Our window faced the parking lot and windows across the parking lot, which was extremely uncomfortable. There was also no phone in the room to call the receptionist. Our booking stated that a full breakfast would be provided, but there was no breakfast room. Breakfast in paper bags was hung on a hook outside the room at 7 AM. This was our worst travel experience, completely spoiling our romantic weekend in Verona.

Por mucho uno de los mejores alojamientos, en los que he estado en toda Italia. La ubicación es muy buena para llegar al centro, pero a la vez es muy tranquila. Tiene todo lo necesario y más. Además, de qué la atención impecable. Definitivamente regresaba con mucho gusto.

La struttura è in una posizione strategica. Noi siamo stati ospitati nell'ala nuova sicuramente meno affascinante rispetto a quella "storica" pubblicizzata. L'appartamento al piano terra era abbastanza grande ma aveva un bagno molto piccolo (non finestrato) e la doccia nel salottino all'ingresso. La camera è stata molto confortevole ma al piano terra ogni movimento (anche una semplice camminata) degli ospiti al piano superiore era molto molesto sopratutto in camera da letto e questo rappresenta un grosso vulnus.
