「Communication with the Host was poor. 8 to 24 hours till we would receive a reply. Questions were not answered in a timely fashion, and there was no manual available for the house. For example, no instructions on how to turn on a fireplac. We were told a pool and hot tub were available, but when we got there, we found out it was closed. 「The kitchen was well stocked with cooking basics. Jacqulin even left eggs, fresh fruit, coffe and hot cocoa mix. The living area was large and nice to have the bedrooms on either side, not sharing a wall.」

「My crew and i had the best time here. Hot rub, sauna and rooftop patio was amazing! Bbq was easy to use and close to downtown」

「Situated in the foothills of Kelowna, this lower level suit in a relatively new subdivision has a walkout patio with panoramic views of the valley below. Access to the unit is down a flight of stairs so it is not wheelchair accessible. Fortunately my wife was able to manage the stairs notwithstanding her mobility issues. The location is reasonably close to the lakefront and downtown by car. Other than the forementioned accessibility issue, I rate this 9/10.」

「The host is very responsive and made check-in super quick and easy. This house though is very bare bones. There was a single body towel and hand towel in the bathroom and basically nothing else. No body wash, shampoo, conditioner. The bedrooms were all exactly the same ikea queen bed with the exact same covers and one side table. This is a place you're not going for a house experience and spending time there, more using the space as a sleep and go explore.」
