「The place was very cozy, comfortable and inviting. This is also a great location. We had never been to the walk of fame so that was fun to experience. Overall the place is very! Except, my gf said she found hair in the main shower and our last evening my gf wanted but could not get hot water even after letting the water run for awhile. But we did have great experience. 」

「One block up from to Hollywood Blvd. Street parking available, but at times tricky to get a spot late at night. Building its self is old and some homeless activity surrounding the block. However, studio is very cute and has all the basic needs. Noise level was low, you can occasionally hear the neighbors passing by in the hallway or honking from passing traffic but not terrible. Would recommend! 」

「Our stay at property was perfect. This apartment is very clean and very comfortable and secure. This Hollywood area can ver very tricky but if you are looking for safe, clean, wonderfully comfortable and honestly a value this is the place to stay. It is walkable to all and a fantastic place to do food and entertainment. 5 min ride to the hollywood bowl and comedy and walk to theater. Could not have been better! Thanks 」

「We enjoyed this property a lot as a launching pad for our LA vacation. The property was clean and as pictured. It’s furnished minimally but works well for a group of 4. If you have more than that seating is an issue unless, like us, you have people who enjoy sitting on the ground. Would highly suggest paying for the parking garage. Management was easy to work with and helpful. We’d stay here again. 」

「Property mngr arrived 30 min. late PAST check-in time! Couldn’t access garage, forced 2 pay metered pkng while waiting, asks us not to mention using VRBO in lobby -it’s obviously against building policy. Lobby tells us the rooftop deck area, pool, BBQ, etc.., was closed/no access (the #1 reason we booked it. Was not disclosed in listing) HUGE bummer! 4:30pm un-friendly “guy” arrives in a wife-beater tank/not presentable w/zero apologies, says there’s only 1 park space not 2 as stated in listing....
