After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. "The hotel cancelled my reservation on the exact day of my arrival without any prior notice or explanation. This left me stranded and completely ruined my travel plans. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of communication is unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this place."
