Old sheepfold overlooking the valley of the Eygues, this villa was completely renovated in 2015. Today transformed into a modern and functional dwelling, it remains "nestled" in its park of forests and meadows of 26 hectares - ideal for holidaymakers looking for calm in the green!

The villa counts:
- 5 bedrooms, 4 with double beds and one with 2 single bunk beds
- 2 bathrooms and separate toilets
- 1 very large living / dining room with kitchen in the American style (~ 100m2). The kitchen is fully equipped (including Nespresso coffee machine and coffee maker, waffle appliances, raclette, fondue ...)

This is a comfortable house with a lovely view. The house itself is big with new and spacious kitchen and bathroom. The beds are pretty comfortable as well. It has a good sized swimming pool and some outdoor space. The surrounding areas are beautiful with dramatic hills all around. All in all we had a lovely week and we hope to return with more of our family.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites. Le logement est très agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Les chambres sont grandes et les salles de bains agréables. La vie dans la campagne avec la forêt à côté. Très reposant et tranquille.A l’extérieur vous profitez de la vue avec levé et couché de soleil sur le petit village de Verclause depuis votre transat ou la piscine. Supermarché à proximité. Ballades et trail dans les montagnes. Le lac à quelques km pour varier avec la piscine et le soir BBQ. Excellent séjour.

De vakantie woning is erg ruim, voorzien van alle gemakken en gesitueerd in een mooie omgeving met prachtig uitzicht.Het in en uitcecken ging, ondanks de gebrekkige kennis van de engelse taal van de beheerster prima.De keuken is van alle faciliteiten voorzien voor het bereiden van eten voor meerdere personen, in ons geval 9.

Nous avons passé 2 agréables semaines dans cette ancienne bergerie rénovée. Environnement très calme, belle vue tout en étant très proche d'un supermarché.Intérieur super bien équipé et bien éclairé par de grandes baies vitrées. Le propriétaire ainsi que la dame qui nous a accueilli étaient aux petits soins . Le trampoline a fait la joie de notre petit-fille et nous avons découvert le billard avec grand plaisir !

Magnifique

Maison magnifique en pleine Drome provençale. La maison est toute équipée, la piscine donne sur une vue incroyable des montagnes. La région est accueillante, il y a beaucoup de fête de village en juillet/aout. Le supermarché à proximité est assez bien. Un vrai havre de paix entouré de montagne.

Idéale pour des vacances randonnée et au calme mais certains points à améliorer

Le lieu est très calme et la maison est idéalement placée pour de belles randonnées dans cette région magnifique. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le billard, le barbecue à gaz, la fourniture des draps et serviettes. La semaine a été très chaude et les deux petits parasols ne suffisaient pas pour supporter les 37 degrés près de la piscine. Un 3ème parasol nous a heureusement été apporté pour avoir de l'ombre. Compte tenu du prix élevé de la maison par rapport à toutes celles que nous avons louées depuis 20 ans, je pense utile de reporter les principaux points négatifs : l'absence de volets sur les fenêtres oscillo battantes fait que les chambres restent chaudes, l'isolation phonique entre les chambres est mauvaise, le ménage à l'intérieur n'est pas fait partout, l'extérieur manque d'entretien et la piscine n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons senti qu'il était préférable de ne pas recontacter l'hôtesse avant notre départ.

Des vacances de rêve dans un environnement au calme

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Verclause. Le calme, la nature, la maison, tout était au rendez-vous. Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires qui étaient très disponibles et réactifs. Un merci particulier à Nadia pour l'accueil.

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans la Bergerie. Calme et detente assurés, le cadre est magnifique, la bergerie est refaite avec goûts et tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances : piscine, trampoline, billard, baby-foot...! Le contact avec Maxime et Nadia a été tres bon. Je recommande la destination les yeux fermés

Idéal pour un séjour en famille au calme

La semaine a été très agréable dans cette belle et grande maison tout confort et très bien équipée. Parfaite pour nos vacances en famille ( 4 adultes et 4 enfants) entre piscine, jeux à disposition, repos et balades dans les jolis villages alentour. Semaine à Verclause dans la Drôme provencale

Nous avons passé un sejour au top! La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée (cuisine, jeux pour les enfants, draps et serviettes..) avec une vue magnifique. Les hôtes ont su être disponibles pour tout renseignement. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine avec vue (trop chouette!) et avons fait de belles randonnées. Nous recommandons sans hésiter pour tous ceux qui recherchent un sejour en pleine nature et au calme. Nous reviendrons dans la Dôme provencale avec plaisir.

Un séjour parfait !

Si vous cherchez un séjour loin du tumulte des grands centres touristiques plein de monde, vous serez au paradis ! La maison est au calme, vous serez seuls au monde! Nous étions 9 personnes et nous ne nous sommes pas marcher dessus ! L'équipement est plus que complet ( du jamais vu dans une location d'ailleurs !). Mention spéciale pour le baby-foot et le billard ! De longue soirée passée à y jouer ! La piscine est parfaite, tous le monde en à profité au maximum tous les jours ! Une super communication avec le propriétaire et une dédicace à Nadia pour son super accueil et sa réactivité à nos questions ! Nous garderons un super souvenir de ce séjour, et qui sait, y reviendrons un jour !!

Très joli endroit, belle maison au calme avec piscine.Vue merveilleuse. Malheureusement très bruyante; si vous avez des enfants qui ont du mal à dormir, c’est dure de les isoler du bruit pour les endormir. Quelque problème avec l’eau chaude… ainsi qu’une coupure générale de l’eau pendant toute une journée

Vacances de rêve

la Bergerie est grande avec un living super pour 6 adultes et 3 enfants. Tout le monde y a trouvé sa place. Des jeux étaient à la disposition de Es. Toute la Bergerie est confortable, propre et très bien équipée, rien ne manquait. L'endroit est calme et pas loin de magasins ou de autres villages. Piscine incroyable, propre et avec alarme pour le enfants et quelle vue. Propriétaire empathique, à l'écoute de nos besoins et réactif. Le cadeaux de bienvenue étaient très bons (dosettes de café, nougat, vin etc...) Dossier d'accueil bien complet. Accueil par Nadia impeccable. Merci Maxime de nous avoir permis de passer 3 semaines dans ce lieu magique.

Toplocatie, degelijk huis met verbeter mogelijkheden

Huis op een toplocatie, huis was netjes, enkel buiten was het niet echt onderhouden, wat wel jammer was want het uitzicht is ongelofelijk. Het huis binnen was heel open waardoor er veel geluid door kwam van boven naar beneden. Contact met de eigenaars verliep heel vlot en vriendelijk. Contact met persoon ter plaatse verliep niet zo vriendelijk, alles moest snel gaan en uitleg dan ook maar voor de helft. Heel leuke vakantie gehad, op een toplocatie met een zeer goede supermarkt vlakbij met zeer goed vlees!

Tolle Sicht auf Felsen und ins Tal

Tolles Haus, sehr schöne Lage, wunderschöne Umgebung. Extrem netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zusammen mit den zwei Familien (Kinder ab 8 Jahre) sehr genossen. Mehr Beschattung wäre gut gewesen. Manches steckt in der Entwicklung. Wo findet man schon Kicker, Billard und Pool? Die Küche war exzellent ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich alles! Der Blick auf die Gänsegeier hat uns glücklich gemacht. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Noël en famille dans un lieu spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé.

Rien à redire sur le lieux. Beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants, des jeux à disposition. Un confort très agréable, et une maison très équipée en ustensiles de cuisine et en linge de maison. Emplacement au calme absolu mais qui reste accessible. Propriétaire très sympa et conciliant.
