Additionally, there is a shower area with a bidet and toilet. The underfloor heating system ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the property. On the upper floor, you'll find a living/dining room with a dining table and satellite TV, as well as an exit to the terrace. There is also one double bedroom with a shower and toilet. The open kitchen on this level features an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. Another shower and toilet can be found on this floor. The top floor, accessible via an open staircase, features an open room with sloping ceilings, two single beds, and one double bed. This level also benefits from underfloor heating.
