I stayed here twice last week while traveling to and from LA (my best friend lives there) and the rooms were great and front desk staff were also great! My issue was with the housekeeping, when I checked in the second time I had asked the front desk agent if I could get a noon checkout due to me having to drive 8 hrs to my next destination. He said it was no issue (we got in late, around 11pm) we then got woken up at 8:45am to repeated knocking on the door! When I opened it she asked when we were checking out, I was half awake and told her “at noon I was told a late check out was fine” she then left. I called the front desk and when I asked why was someone knocking so early I was told “uh I don’t know” At that point I was up and couldn’t go back to bed. As I was finishing up my packing more knocks came at 11:10am asking that same question, I was not very nice and told them I’m leaving asap because I don’t feel comfortable to even be there anymore. I know I bought these rooms on a 3rd party site and they can’t do anything for me but I just wanted this to be known. I work in the hotel industry and to be met with that was not ok and I will stay elsewhere when I go back.
