I stayed at Venedik Hotel as an emergency option. It was a great surprise to find a cheap, well-located hotel with incredible staff. My only issue was with the AC unit, which apparently is managed by the staff. I could not regulate it by myself, either when to turn it on and off or the temperature, so I had to walk downstairs to request to turn it on again.

The guy at the front desk screwed up, couldn't find my reservation, i book 4 nights and was able to accommodate only 1 night at a higher price, exposed electrical wires in shower head, super hot water because it was hard to regulate temperature, water splashing on wal and toilet, no parking available on property or street. Stay away from this hotel!

Me gustó y disfruté mi estancia en este hotel, aceptan mascotas es un super plus a favor, la cama me pareció super cómoda es spring air. Les queda a una cuadra la zona de playa y tiendas como oxxo, Chedraui y si caminas un poquito más, encuentras varias opciones de comida.

En general, el lugar tenía un mal aroma a insecticida,nos hospedamos 2 noches la tercera decidimos salirnos, se veía muy sucia la cama y el baño, en el baño la regadera no funcionaba bien o salía agua muy fría o muy calientes, los compartimentos de jabón estaban vacíos, las paredes se veían deterioradas, la fachada nada que ver con la de las imágenes que nos dan a visualizar, el internet nunca funcionó, se le hizo el comentario a la recepción y solo dijo ahorita le doy uno, y jamás volvió, los teléfonos para comunicarse con la recepción no sirven. No hay nadie que te oriente o te de servicio. Lo que si me agrado, es que está muy céntrico, pero si considero que deberían tener más limpieza, mis almohadas estaban muy sucias. Y el aroma a insecticida da desconfianza, ya no disfrutas la estancia como debe de ser.

El baño de la habitación se encontraba sucio (tenía cabellos en la regadera, en el lavabo e inodoro). Las toallas dejan bastante que desear, se ven percudidas y muy delgadas, salvo la toalla facial que estaba limpia y de buen grosor. Dentro de la habitación también había espacios que no se veían del todo limpios. La habitación tenía un olor que no denotaba limpieza. Al día siguiente no se realizó limpieza en el cuarto. Finalmente se habría apreciado al menos una botella de agua de cortesía. Lo bueno es el acceso a la terraza y ubicación.
