「No staff to be seen」

「I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid. Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo.
