Location is perfect For elderly people, even if it says 1st floor, there are about approximately 15 stairs to go up. The place was clean, everything privided( bed sheets, towels, slippers.., but no washer in the appartment). Would definitely recommend and come back.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This hotel is very old, the shower was very small and slippery, all night has kits of mosquito, maybe that’s the way this is around the area, but with the price of this hotel I think it is expensive, next time I will find other hotel that is worth the price and the time as I felt that I wasted time carrying around my luggages up and down the stairs as I wish there was an accessible elevator.

Parabéns a profissional!!!

First, the Bad...NO LIFT/ELEVATOR, NO LIFT/ELEVATOR, NO LIFT/ELEVATOR!!! City View was a view of a wall...NOT CITY! Shower so small we almost couldn't get in. AC didn't work! Now the good...Queen Beds (not double). Clean, quiet and super convenient to everything! St. Marks, Rialto Bridge, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars. Super Safe and it really makes you feel like you are living in Venice! Not recommended for someone who is not athletic. The stairs are torture and would recommend for young thin couple.
