The view was amazing. The bathroom was clean and well maintained with a window to help with ventilation. We arrived when the hotel switched from summer air conditioning to fall/winter heat so the space was warmer than expected. However, once we opened the windows, the space was very well ventilated. Just be prepared for mosquitoes if you open the windows. Super central location. Overall, wonderful experience.

We arrived to the hotel following the clear instructions sent through Expedia by the hotel. Please, use them because the Google Maps direction is not accurate 😂 The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. We had hot water (except the morning we were checking out-maybe it was because it was too early) and the A/C worked perfectly.

Good luck if the front desk isn’t staffed. Oh yeah, it never is! What’s worse is the property is located across a small canal from the fish market. It stinks like rotting fish 24/7. Also, the fishermen arrive before 5:00 AM to drop off and then carve up the fish. The only things louder than them are the gulls! Finally, no effective curtains or blackouts means the sun will have you up by 6:00 if you manage to sleep through the rest.

Location was good, close to the water bus pier, Rialto bridge, market. Just step out of the hotel and there are many souvenir and food stalls around. Reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. No lift just staircase. Room is basic but comfortable and clean. Need to bring your own toiletries as they only provide a small tube of shower and shampoo and no toothbrush. I always have my own toiletries so it wasn’t much of a problem for me. Overall the stay experience is good

Good location, not the most luxurious bedding but that was probably the only downside. Air con was a lifesaver for the warm Italian weather, and the fridge was handy as well! The late checkin process was good and simple enough to follow :)

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス
It is expensive to stay in Venice. This property wasn’t perfect but we did save some money here. No elevator and we had many stairs to climb up to our room. Thankfully, the staff took our bags up and then down at the end of our stay. The beds were comfortable. If you can avoid it, don’t open the windows. Even one mosquito in your room will give you many bites. You can set the heater to blow cool air if the air conditioning has been shut off for the season. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the noise from the street can be loud. The mirror is small and the hairdryer was difficult to manipulate as it didn’t come very far from the wall. The location is great, look for a very skinny approach to find the hotel. Watch for signs that point the way to the hotel. The room was clean enough but attention should be given to dust bunnies under the bed and spider webs in the corners. We had the smallest room, other rooms are larger.
