Leon d’Oro, modern apartment in the Cannaregio districtModern and spacious apartment on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The large living area includes a living room with a sofa, a high table, and stools. The kitchen, fully equipped for cooking, includes a microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. Leon d’Oro features two finely furnished bedrooms with queen-size beds. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation also includes a single sofa bed.Our guests will have additional comforts such as free Wifi, air conditioning and heating, and a television.Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.*The building is not equipped with an elevator.* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with local people. We had a very short 2 night stay here. The small apartment was just enough for us. It was a bit of a tight space in the bathroom doorway with the water heater right there when you go in, we kept bumping into it. The area was great, right in the middle of so many restaurants and stores! Not too far from the water taxi stop so easy to get around.
