Perfect place close to the Grand Canal and steps away from where we disembarked from the train. Then we were close enough to get to the People Mover to take us to our cruise shuttle the next day. Really enjoyed the room, too.

The hotel location was great and near the train station. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection. The issues we had were the room and check in. The receptionist was not friendly and was a little rude. The room was nothing like any pictures on the internet. It was all white with nothing on the walls. The shower drain was slower than the water flow and started to flood the room. We had to get extra towels to dry the floor. The bed was extremely hard. Overall I would not stay in this hotel for any more than one night. The hotel needs to invest in fixing the drains and making it more homey.

Worth checking out this hotel.

The staff was nice and professional. Their breakfast choices were great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel is close to the train station and several stores and restaurants. Just put on your walking shoes and start exploring.

Quick Stay in Venice and Close to Train Station

We chose this hotel as it was close to the train station Santa Lucia (less than 5 mins walk) and Piazza Roma where you can get buses to the airport. I thought it was a great value hotel but please note that breakfast is €10 per person per day. We decided to take this
