Superb Excellent
Our stay was so amazing, the hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the food was very good. I would definitely recommend Four Points Sheraton. Accessible to the train and the bus.

Family holiday
Hotel was great for us, it was a family holiday to see the main tourist areas of Venice. Be aware that the hotel is about 30mins in a bus (20/25 in a car/taxi) from the start point of the main Venice tourist area. Rooms great, staff brilliant. Some strange designs to be aware of if you are tall - there's a bar across the middle of the shower area to hold up the shower-screen, it's lower than 6feet, my son and I are both over 6feet tall, just slightly annoying, nothing that would prevent me booking again.

Its not what one expects from a Sheraton hotel,the front desk is quite helpless, they advertise having Spa but it doesn’t work despite the fact you have to pay €25 and book one hour in advance but even so the front desk told me it was not available.Noise rooms,shower hose with hole, glad it was just for a night going to the airport.

The hotel is very clean and staff are very good. They are able and willing to help for anything required. Location is close to the train station and can get to Venice within minutes. It is very close to a shopping center which is convenient if anything is required. Breakfast is very good with a great variety of hot food as well as cold cuts and deserts. Have stayed there twice and will definitely go back if there again.

Un bon établissement, propre, confortable et un bon personnel. Chambre confortable, cependant le thermostat pour la climatisation n’est pas précis, nous avons du l’arrêter car il faisait trop froid dans la chambre, les thermostats doivent être remplaces. Nous avons testé le restaurant pour le dîner et c’est très bien, nourriture savoureuse et un prix correct pour les bouteilles de vins. Malheureusement, hôtel avec beaucoup de gros groupe, pour le petit-déjeuner ça été la catastrophe, beaucoup de tables en groupe, le buffet remplie de monde et tout désorganisé pour le buffet, nourriture manquante, assiettes manquantes, etc..Le pire petit-déjeuner de notre séjour de 30 jours en Italie. À éviter cet hôtel, c’est vraiment un hôtel pour les groupes. Dommage!

Hotel was 7min walk to Mestre Ospedale train station which take you into to St Lucia in 15-20 mins Next to shopping centre which was great as we actually needed few bits Room was clean Bathroom was clean Quiet Would stay again

Had a problem with our door, we couldn’t open it after the first time unless someone was in the room. Called to lobby and Francesca helped us to get another room and comp’d us on the breakfast for our last 2 days. Aneta was also very helpful with any questions on taxis or transportation.

Honnêtement, c’est une belle découverte, beaucoup moins dispendieux que les hôtels du centre de Venise et transport en commun directement devant l’hôtel autant pour les canaux de Venise que pour l’aéroport.
