Lovely friendly hotel in Cannaregio, my favourite area of Venice. Plenty of very good restaurants (osteria and trattoria) 5 min walk. 8 min walk from the station. Stuff are really friendly and welcome. The room was super clean and spacious and the wi-fi very fast. Really good value for money compared to the expensive hotels in the area.

Very welcoming staff ( Especially Ms. Daniela), She show us every part of the hotel room and give café, restaurant and destinations recommendations for the Venice. Nice, clean and very very quiet place. Really good breakfast (Especially fresh orange juice:)) Location of hotel so close the rail station (10 min by walk) But in first time it was really hard to find the hotel location from google maps, because it is inside of buildings, but that's Venice:) Every building is stick with together

Flooded Venice in our Room.

I chose this hotel because of the wonderful reviews I had read. Unfortunately, our room had a problem with the drainage and the water flow so we couldn’t open the faucet or the shower for more than 6 seconds because smelly water would start to come out of a drainage in the floor and fill the bathroom. The smell was terrible and obviously taking a bath was a hassle. We had to take turns to let the other know to turn off the water so we wouldn’t end with the room flooded. The first night we were moved to another room while ours was fixed. But the other night we had to return to our original assigned room because the one they had given us was already booked. We had to pack all our stuff more than twice do to this situation. They told us everything had been fixed. Far from true. So, the second night it was almost impossible to use the bathroom at all. I wrote the hotel requesting a partial refund because this is definitely not what we paid for. My message has been ignored. So, if you choose this hotel just hope everything goes fine in your room because if not your stay will be a nightmare.

El lugar es muy bonito, impecable, buen tamaño. Desafortunadamente tuve una pésima experiencia a la llegada, avisé de acuerdo a sus instrucciones que llegaría tarde y creo que por error me mandaron el correo vacío. El problema es que sin instrucciones tuve que tocar a la puerta y llamar por teléfono para que alguien me abriera y me contestó un señor muy grosero, gritándome a mí y a mi familia que debíamos seguir las instrucciones. Al final me abrió y me aventó prácticamente la llave y una hoja con las instrucciones que no recibí antes. De verdad fue muy grosero y arruinó mi experiencia completa en el lugar a pesar que las señoritas que están presentes durante el día son muy amables.
