Very nice beutique hotel with helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Venice for the first time. Like anything always room for improvement in helping guests about the area and options about local amenities, travel etc along with room facilities. We went for 4 days and throroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay in Venice. Hotel is in a great location, close to the Grand Canal, train station and walkable to the main Venice attractions. The room had a huge bed and excellent amenities, even included Bath foam and Salts. The best thing about the hotel were the really friendly staff both at reception and breakfast. I also really enjoyed sitting in the hotel gardens overlooking the Grand Canal.

Hotel was very nice. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our room tidy and stocked with fresh towels. Wash cloths must not be a thing in Italy as this was our second hotel in our travels that did not offer them, but not a biggie. If you like a very firm mattress and pillows, you’ll love it here. We only used the restaurant once for breakfast and the bar service once in the evening. Food was good and bar service was great. Staff were very pleasant, overall. Hotel was very quiet with a very pleasant courtyard to sit and watch water traffic. I would recommend Ca'Nigra Lagoon Resort if you like a peaceful stay.

The property and room were lovely and the location was great. Most of the staff were great. We were disappointed that we reserved a room with 2 twin beds and did not receive that. They never told us it was not guaranteed until we were checking in.

The staff is so helpful, giving eating and sightseeing recommendations. Lovely breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed the outdoor garden patio on the Grand Canal. We sat at night with a bottle of wine and watched the Gondolas floating by. It was magical. Our room #14 was also amazing!! Huge room with comfy, beautiful furniture, and 2 windows that opened like french doors with beautiful wrought iron screens looking at the water. We got an up front view of the Gondolas and cargo boats going by. This hotel is close to the train station which was nice and many great eateries nearby or a comfortable walk away. Highly recommend!!! We will be back!!! Thank you for making our 35 year Anniversary celebration one we will never forget!!!

Beautiful old school hotel with a nice rose garden and patio right on the canal. The hotel is located very close to the train station and there are stores and restaurants nearby. The staff really sets itself apart from other places we have stayed. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Ca' Nigra Lagoon Resort hotel has a great location overlooking the Grand Canal. The interior and the room are nicely decorated and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk employee gave us tons of advice where to eat and how to get around the city. Also, gave us a map on the way out to help us find the cruise terminal. The property has beautiful garden in front and a terrace at the back where you can have breakfast overlooking the Grand canal. The breakfast was very impressive, with vegan and lactose-free options. The staff were professional and had a good command of English which is rather uncommon in Italy. We had a great experience overall and highly recommend this hotel!

We loved this property - it's just a magical space and the deluxe suite 106 with its gorgeous patio and view of the canal is unreal. Highly recommend - the service was also excellent and it's a stone's throw from the train and bus station entrance to Venice. A fantastic value as well and we would totally go back.

This place had a fantastic location near the train and bus station, an excellent garden area right on the canal that we spent some considerable time in, and a very clean and safe property with gated access. The room was great as well, not a ton of space, but the bathroom was updated and it was clean with a comfortable bed. Just based on the garden (on the grand canal) and location, I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. We did not try the food on site but the area looked very nice. The staff were very friendly as well and helpful. Great stay in Venice!
