The staff were very helpful and the property was in a great location. The only down side was that the air conditioning was not able to cool the room. It made sleeping difficult as it was quite warm. Otherwise it was a charming spot.

Was centrally located to shopping, gondolas and restaurants. In one of the rooms the shower didn’t drain properly, they offered to move to another hotel (not as nice) we declined and we just used the shower in our other room

Convenient location and a clean room. However our aircon in room Dandolo was broken and the staff knew about this when we arrived. They gave us a fan but with 35celsius outside and probably over 40celsius in the room we could not enjoy our stay. Also the elevator in the building was broken. All in all the lately renovated and nice hotel felt neglected as many things were not fixed.

We stayed here for a couple of days during our trip to Italy. Its super close to the train station, and vwry walkable to major sight seeing areas. Some great food options nearby with the supermarket not too far away.

Romantic holiday

Great Hotel, large and clean room and amazing view to inner garden. Great bed, modern bathroom. Peaceful and good night sleep. So authentic and lovely. Private roof top terrace with excellent view to the Venice canal and inner garden. Close to the bus station and walkable everywhere. Truly recommend!

I don’t have much to say positive. Location is great. Breakfast was ok. They had a lot of food selection. Hotel condition is very poor. Staff at check in was not accommodating or even terribly friendly and seemed to make up policy on the fly.

Great location. Close to bus terminal and easy walking to everything. Very clean. The one issue was the pull out couch was not comfortable to sleep on and the property manager was not able to secure us a different mattress or another room.

This property was nicely located where it was close to the train station to make arrival and departure convenient and also close enough to what we wanted to see while we were in town. Located along a quiet canal. The check in process (may just be for after hours) was at another location near the train station.
