Decent stay, good staff
Good hotel to stay for a few nights. It's a little far from the Strasbourg Christmas market but you can take a bus from Zone Commerciale Nord (10 mins walk) and go directly to city centre (Les Halles Sébastopol). The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Overall it's a good stay. Breakfast was basic, and pool also looked really nice.

More attention to detail needed
The pool was nice, the restaurant was ok and reasonable value. The main let downs were the room not being not cleaned that well, house keepers knocking on the door and coming in at 8:30am, the door not locking properly, keys not working properly, soap dispenser in the bathroom not working, no do not disturb card for the door, no tv channels in any other language despite being only a few km from germany, no drink making facilities in the room and reception gave very little information about hotel facilities and were closed for most of the day. The pool was nice, beds were ok and the restaurant food ok even if there was only 1 choice, for the price this place was ok, and if you are a workman which many of the guests were then its ok, but for being on a leisure trip the lack of attention to detail really lets it down.

A pleasant week
We stayed here for 8 days soon after lockdown had ended. Although the restaurant was not open and the breakfast was reduced due to circumstances the staff were always helpful and pleasant. The hotel is well looked after and the room was comfortable and well equipped. I would recommend the hotel for both short and longer stay.

Exceeded our expectations, worthy of an extra star!
Great little family run hotel for a stop over point. We stayed just one night on our way from Austria to Calais. We had a mechanical problem with our motorbike on the way and the receptionist was most helpful spending about 30 minutes in ringing around all the local motorcycle shops to try and find us some new brake pads. All the hotel public areas and our room were very well cleaned and maintained. There was a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and ambience around the place which for us was a very pleasant aspect to our stay and we used the bar to enjoy some of the closing matches of Wimbeldon during the evening. The Restaurant was closed over the weekend for evening meals so we had a really great meal at a local place just a short walk away 'The Table of Vendenheim' - one of the best meals we had in our 3 weeks of touring Europe. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations of a 2 star establishment which was as good or better than any of the many 3 star hotels we have stayed at across Europe. We would recommend this place and definitely stay again on our travels.

Basic Business trip to a local factory - neat functional hotel that did the job for somewhere to sleep - really can't complain about it for the money. Polite staff a bonus

A noisy group jumping in the pool woke us problem with our room facing the pool and on the ground floor we were unable to draw the curtain in the morning and the room is quite dark especially when the desk lamp did not work.

Ho chiamato per fare il check in in anticipo e mi hanno concesso solo un’ora. Arrivo alla struttura con 1 ora e 15 minuti di anticipo (dopo aver guidato senza sosta per 14 ore) e la signora al check in non mi ha concesso di entrare nella stanza per quei 15 minuti! Ho implorato data la stanchezza che avevo e non mi ha concesso di entrare. Capisco le regole, ma ci sono SEMPRE le eccezioni. Ho trovato questo troppo eccessivo, dato che mi doveva consegnare le chiavi e accertarsi che fossi io la persona della prenotazione.

Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale. Personnel sympa. Ma note vient du fait que le personnel est sympa et discret et que le prix est en adéquation avec la catégorie de l hôtel. J'ajouterais également que l’accueil a du charme avec sa cheminé et ses fauteuils en cuir.

Manque de professionnalisme de la part d'un staff
Je suis rentré 3 jours dans un hôtel magnifique du 6/01/2024 au 9/01/2024 . Le lundi 08/01/2024 dans la matinée, je m'apprête à me rendre à la réception pour demander un café, mais malheureusement la machine était hors service suite à une coupure d'eau annoncée par le monsieur de la réception , aucun problème, ce sont des choses qui arrivent, mais le 09/01/2024 entre 09:30 à 10:05, je pars me service un café en faisant signe à la réception, malgré occupé pas les appels reçus, en me servant le café de la machine, La même personne de la réception , celui qui m'avez annoncé la machine H.S le 08/01/2024, se dirige vers moi pour régler immédiatement le café, d'un montant de 3,50 , malgré la panne de la machine hors service 24 heures plus tôt, aucun geste commercial pour ce monsieur qui sent l'ingratitude à des km. J'ai décidé de ne pas prolonger le jour même, mais les autres membres du personnel sont hyper accueillant surtout le monsieur du Dimanche matin le 07/01/2024 , merci Monsieur pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme concernant les jeux sur PC.

Hôtel fort sympathique sans prétention mais très bien tenu, au bord du canal ; espace salon salle à manger très agréable, personnel sympathique et serviable tout en restant discret, chambre agréable (48, peut paraître petite mais est en fait agencée astucieusement) et ensemble propre. Seule petit bémol pour la salle de bain qui mériterait peut-être 1 ou 2 patères pour accrocher des affaires… Nous reviendrons pour nos prochains séjours. Merci 😊
