"The hosts, Flo and Caro, were most welcoming and helpful. The rental is an entire floor in their renovated farmhouse - separate from the family's living space. It was so comfortable, so well-equipped. The village is small and rural, but very close to the larger town of Salins-le-Bains. The scenery is spectacular. Many local hiking trails nearby. We stayed for almost four weeks. It was very healing. We would definitely book again."

"My group of 16 friends had an amazing week at Chateau de la Loue! Where should I start? The grounds were beautiful and so tranquil. The interior was spacious and comfortable. The huge dining room table was one of our favorite spots! All of us could easily gather together and enjoy a leisurely meal together. "Overall, we were very satisfied with the property! The location was very quiet, beautiful views. The house and pool were foreseen with all necessities and was clean. Due to a storm, there was no WIFI connection available, which we didn't know about up front, it would have been good to have been updated on this as some people in the group had some work/studying to do. We would however definitely recommend this house if you want to have a nice holiday by the pool."

"Der freundliche Gastgeber antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir, dass er an diesem Regentag zur Begrüßung bereits den Kamin eingeheizt hatte. Das Haus ist perfekt renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen überdachten Parkplatz und bei sonnigem Wetter Liegestühle auf der Terrasse. A hidden gem
"The staff are brilliant (especially monsieur parfait :-) ) they are all proud and invested in the success of the place , you get a real team vibe abou it . I have stayed here twice in one month now and both times was made to feel soooooo welcome, the first time was as a solo traveler in the pouring rain when as a late arrival I was given a hot meal and a warm welcome, the second time was with a colleague when we ventured out to the nearby excellent restaurant, after enjoying a drink in the hotel bar The hotel is newly renovated and superbly clean, it’s in a quiet location but not far from the highway. It should not be classified a two star hotel, it should be a three star , which it definitely will be as soon as the classification board see the renovations etc, (the hotel is currently awaiting reclassification) all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool area , although not open when I stayed due to the season, looks lovely, the breakfast was simple but good and good value for money. Overall the hotel is not pretentious, but wecoming , clean and comfortable, I will definitely be back and will be recommending to my colleagues , it will be our go to place when we are passing through to the south of France and italy / Spain or working in Dijon "
