The place was wide spread and room is difficult to find. I could not find the elevator, even if there is. I had to go up by stairs a lot with my suite case. The room facilty is old and out dated. I woke up feeling cold so the heating unit was not working correctly, at least not automatically. My expectation to NH brand was not satisfied at all. However, the hotel lobby nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Very difficult to find room and to find way outside. I had a pet with me and they put me on the 6th floor way in the back with a confusing way to get out quickly potty needs. I definitely would not stay here again due to above.

You had a room in the green zone of our hotel on the 2nd floor close to the elevator. This part of the hotel has a separate entrance called Auditorium. The elevator to the second floor was very near this entrance. Perhaps you were not clearly informed about this possibility. Our sincere apologies for this. Good conference centre hotel
Comfortable hotel, not as luxurious as the NH collection in downtown Eindhoven. The shower had poor pressure and the shower gel dispenser was empty. Basic good continental breakfast - no omelettes.

Nice hotel
Excellent hotel It is a bit of a distance from Eindhoven though, and the bar was not open on the Sunday evening, which is a miss for a hotel without alternative bars within walking distance The cost of items in the foyer shop was very high too, eg almost €4 for a small bottle of water

Excellent hotel in Veldhoven
Stayed for 3 nights to attend an event held at the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area, approximately 25mins from Eindhoven by the very frequent bus service, which stops and picks up outside the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained, with all areas being well looked after. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds, ensuite shower room, and a fridge in the room. All staff were incredibly welcoming and chatty, and were obviously very good at their jobs. Breakfast was a buffet, and was superbly laid out with a wide range of choices from standard cooked breakfast, cereals, yogurts, cold cuts, and even pancakes and waffles. The food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. There is already talk of returning next year to the same event, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Kamer stonk ontzettend, koffieapparaat in de kamer is een tijdje niet aan geweest wat te merken was de geur en smaak van de koffie. Geen duidelijke informatie over waar de receptie was dus het was best een stuk lopen naar de receptie om vervolgens daar in te checken en te horen dat ik weer terug mag omdat mijn kamer ook achterin is gestationeerd. Koffieapparaat van het hotel zelf hebben ze in avonduren uitgezet. Gevraagd hoe ik aan koffie kan komen en ja hoor. Moest dus wederom naar de receptie lopen en koffie kopen. Sportcentre is mooi ingericht. Al met al niet heel tevreden met het hotel. Voor mij geen volgende keer.

Overal in het hotel staat routing aangegeven, deze kunt u volgen om bij de receptie te komen. Als u koffie nodig heeft voor op uw kamer dan hoeft u dit niet te kopen bij de receptie. Deze krijgt u gewoon mee van ons. Wanneer u koffie vanuit ons restaurant wenst dan dient u deze inderdaad te kopen. De koffiezetapparaten staan aan tijdens dezelfde openingstijdens als van het restaurant, bar en sportcenter om deze tijden heen kunt u geen koffie kopen. vlak bij mijn kamer was een machine/apparaat dat zorgde dat ik door dat lawaai slecht geslapen had. De meeste medewerkers waren vriendelijk en gaven goede hulp/service echter met een had ik een minder prettige ervaring. Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid.

Don’t take your bags from the car prior to finding reception, it’s a fair hike from car park to reception, followed by another hike to your room (in our case). Would’ve been better going without bags & re parking closer to non reception entrance. Only 1 receptionist for huge hotel is rubbish, split hotel into zones & have 2/3 receptions maybe? Room hot, bed uncomfortable and hard, worst sleep I’ve had in a long time. Won’t return here again.

STAY AWAY FTOM THIS PLACE * The two rooms we got - no AC!!! Even though the hotel is advertised as all the rooms have it. Room was 85 degrees on a scorching summer day. We didn’t sleep a wink. ** room and bathroom size miniature - you can touch the bed from the toilet *** Rudest staff ever!!!! **** The mattress came from the prison sale.

Dear Natalia, thank you for your rating. We are very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Not all our rooms have air conditioning, only our superior rooms do. Keurig hotel met veel capaciteit en faciliteiten. Duidelijk bedoeld als oord voor (meerdaagse) congressen, cursussen en vergaderingen. Niks mis mee. Daardoor wel wat massaal en blijft een persoonlijke benadering vanuit het personeel wat achterwege. Ontbijt was goed. Jammer dat op zaterdagmorgen de sporters tussen 8 uur en half 9 hun workouts met harde muziek moesten/wilden afwerken, waardoor de overige gasten op dezelfde vleugel geen kans op uitslapen was gegund.

Disappointed with the NH
The room was very small and no air conditioning. There was no soap in the bathroom despite two reminders. There is no restaurant open for lunch and the maid walked into the room despite a do not disturb sign

Dear Mr Gautam, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear your experience with us was disappointing. The room which you booked is the room, we assigned to you. We do have rooms with air-conditioning, which are our Superior Rooms. However, if you check the facilities to our Standard Rooms you see there is no mentioning of air-conditioning. We understand it might be confusing if you filter on hotels with air-conditioning, our hotel does show as we have air-conditioning, just as others. Then it is important to always check the facilities to a room. Our apologize the housekeeper did come in the room despite the DND card. We will take this up with the Housekeeping Manager as this should not have happened. Of course we do hope you will consider staying with us again. Kind regards, Team NH Koningshof

Skønt sted - og man mærker ikke motorvejen!
Fantastisk skønt sted - masser af luft, inde såvel som ude - midt i skoven, og dog kun 2 minutter fra motorvejen. Masser af plads, fantastisk mad. Passende afstand med en dagsrejse fra DK.

Super clean and quiet. Enjoy the stay. It's a large facility so it's good to park your car close to an entry way that's near your room or you would be walking for quite a long distance from the front reception area.
