Sadly the staff walked into my room when I had paid for late check out. They knocked on the door and I spoke to say hello and they just walked in which I found unacceptable. They said I should be out of the room but that was incorrect. There was no apology. I felt treated like I was a criminal. Very poor and I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times.

This hotel was a fantastic find! The staff were lovely and friendly, we loved their eco ethos and we’ll definitely stay here again. We’re also going to stay at their other locations too.
