Värtahamnen Ferry Terminal Tours

Location location based on the old town only five minute cobble street walk from old square and palace and nine minute walk from nearest train Full of character and very helpful staff

Lovely place with friendly staff.

When it comes to cleanliness and accommodation property is okay. Location is good too in terms of sightseeing. Check in was bad. Cannot go in the property to check in. It so happened that another person came out of the property that is why we were able to go inside to check in. A concern about heavy luggages and that travelers were seniors was communicated to the property. The property is not accessible by taxi you have to walk 300 meters and pull your luggage’s up on a steep slope on rough cobbled stone. The door is coded and the property did not communicate about this. As I said somebody is coming out of the property so we were able to get in and when inside there was nobody to give instructions to be checked in. We did not received any assistance for our luggages or getting transportation when we checked out. We have to drag again our suitcases going down that steep street to get the taxi. This property is for young people with few luggages and not for seniors. Staff said they will give us assistance when we checked out but they lied and no assistance were given.
