It is a one bedroom with private bath room with share common space in Kitchen and Living room with the host. The place was very nice, clean and convenient. But the one thing that stood out is the host. Super accomondating. I would stay there again.

Very beautiful apartment.Booked this for my parents traveling from Africa and they loved it and were happy with their stay.They said they were very comfortable and the host was very friendly and welcoming.

This is a really good location in vancouver. Communication with host excellent and price very reasonable . Added bonus was ease and cost effective transport to international . Would recommend if you are planning to stay in vancouver

Côté positif La propriété. La proximité des choses à visiter comme grandville Island. La plage. La proximité des arrêts bus C’était parfait. Par contre il faisait chaud et pas d’air climatisé nous devions laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et cela a fait que nous n’avons pas bien dormi à cause du bruit de la circulation

The location is amazingly close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. We had plenty of privacy even when Dilesh was home. He’s very sociable and informative.

We arrived really late—around 2 a.m.—because of circumstances beyond our control. I explained the situation to Dilesh on the way, and he was so understanding and made sure we could check in smoothly in the middle of the night. He even set an alarm for 2 a.m. just to wake up and greet us. We really appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness. Plus, the property was very clean and conveniently located, making it easy to get around and explore different areas of Vancouver.

Location convenient to Granville Island, West Fourth Avenue and Broadway & Granville areas, with plenty of dining options, shopping, services and galleries within walking distance. Grocery on the same block offers added convenience. Clean, comfortable and host provides lots of handy information to optimize your stay. Recommended.

The host was super nice and friendly. It is a shared space for the kitchen and living room, but the host was upfront about this when booking so it wasnt a last minute surprise. During our 4 day stay this was never a problem. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the apartment was very clean, and there’s lot of things to do within walking distance. I will say, theres a lot of traffic that goes by during the night so if that bothers you I would maybe re evaluate? For the price it is, you get your own bathroom and room, as well as a set of keys so I think it was well worth it. Would book again if I came back to Vancouver!

Host was wonderful. Privacy was a ittle lacking as the bathroom can only be accessed through the common area. Found the lack of a/c combined with local heat and humidity made it quite uncomfortable for sleeping. The provided fan helped.
