Great location. Host was helpful. Strangely furnished- 4 small single beds, no couch or tv. It was cleaner than some of the previous reviews set out (I didn’t have any issues) but still clearly not professionally cleaned. No dish towels or cloths. It worked just fine for us for a night to go to a game and the price was right. I’d stay again for the same kind of trip. If you’re looking for posh comfort or a lengthy stay - this isn’t the place for you. If you need a place to crash after an event - totally fine.

If you just want a place to spend the night, this is the place. Affordable price. Host answers your question right away. The place needs updating but cozy enough to stay the night. Our only concern is the parking. We didn’t know that before 9am you need to pay parking. Got a ticket for $45 as we overslept and came out of the building at 9:15 so parking ticket $45 right away.

The property photos were nothing like what was presented on the posting. There was hair, nails, dirty, toilet, no couch, it was all around pretty yucky.

This property needs to be removed from VRBO / Expedia. It is not acceptable. It does not match the pictures depicted. It is EXTREMELY dirty. The one bed is in a hot utility closet with only space enough for the twin bed. The bunk bed is not safely assembled. There was no toaster or kettle. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and bathroom tap was broken and only had hot water. On our first night I had to purchase cleaning supplies and try to use the vacuum that didn’t actually work. We ended up leaving to a hotel. I am not a picky person, this place was unacceptable.

So, I'd say with this place you get what you pay for. I was there during World Cup and it was considerably cheaper than other places which worked for me for one night. But, it's a bit of a strange layout with a bunk bed (top only) against a window in a tiny room and another bunk bed in another room beside it. Would sleep three max, two on top bunks. The place itself looks like maybe it's a short term rental until they sell it or do some renovations. The sink faucet it crooked and sprays water. We couldn't figure out a way to turn off the shower light. It's pretty banged up. So, if you go in with low expectations and just want a place to sleep (as we did) then it's fine. But don't go expecting something nice to spend some time. It was also very hot, I think there was four fans going to cool it down. The host sent instructions for check in which was easy. But no instructions for check out so I guessed. Just being honest for anyone else.

The apartment, the bedding and the towels were dirty. Lots of furnitures were unacceptable or broken, it looked like a mix of furnitures found on the street, the apartment was rebuilt compared to the pictures, beds and mattresses were not acceptable to sleep on, kitchen was almost empty why we could not Cook but had to go to a restaurant and in the bathroom lots of things were broken. The landlord promised a partial refund bit since then he was not available anymore.

This property is awful. It was dirty with food crumbs on the counters and tables, open drink containers left in the fridge. The property was under construction with painted over unfinished drywall, what appeared to be a fireplace that had black paperboard taped to it. The photos in the listing are deceiving this place sleeps four children. The single bed is a child’s bed but the picture makes it appear larger than it is. There was a square hole in the wall at the foot of that bed. There is no AC but a fan in each room. The kitchen area has zero dishes even though the listing picture shows a fully stocked kitchen. Upon arrival and finding this condition I reached out to VRBO who instructed me that a cancellation and refund was solely up to the listing owner, to which they refused. I have had to dispute this charge with my credit card company. I have pictures to show the state of this property. Avoid this property at all costs.
