Hotel was quiet but very rundown ,carpet in halls poses a tripping hazard as it is ripples and shredding in multiple areas, me being handicapped prevented me from checking out right at 12 noon and was told I had to pay$50 for being late checking out however the bellman that took 35 minutes to come up to get luggage didn’t matter to them, me and my son are First Nations and we felt so very discriminated against when another couple checking out late was not charged $50!I pleaded my case to the rude so called manager and she rudely agreed to only charge me$25… I determined that this hotel is posing as a five star hotel but behaves worse than a 2-3 star hotel. Very insulted, for the $1000’s I spent, I was severely hurt and let down. There was one agent/bellman that was so very helpful and so kind to us compared to his stuck up rude counterparts. We will never be going back to this property again. Coming from a previous five star property where we were allowed to check out late and were treated so graciously, I can’t see this awful property ever reaching to that five star potential thanks to the rude rude rude staff.
