Beautiful apartment, sea view, pleasant calm but the furniture needs changing, lacks an oven, 2nd bed not great...the white curtains are no longer white and no wifi connection. Sincerely.

Property not as described: no WiFi in property, no balcony, no washing machine, though all included in description of property. Bedroom also smaller than photo of ‘our cheapest property’, barely bigger than the bed. Unpleasant warnings of fines and surcharges on the backs of toilet door and door on kitchen unit - not exactly welcoming. The terrace was easily accessible by other holiday makers, creating a lack of privacy, including to the living area if the sliding glass door was open. Email communication in German, even after asking for this to be conducted in English or French: consequently, a 50 euro surcharge for bedding and towels a very unwelcome surprise on arrival. No response to any of my communications on the Expedia app from Interhome. Single incomplete sheet of loo roll comparatively insignificant, but somehow symbolic of management’s apparent contempt for the customer. We spent one night of a planned seven there, organised alternative accommodation, and handed back the keys to the excellent but somewhat distressed resort staff after cleaning the apartment. Utterly, utterly awful: we will be asking for and expecting a full refund. No response to 4 emails about this from Expedia, so will be contacting them again, as well as the property owners, in due course after our return to U.K. And yes, I have photos, as well as screen shots of the original description on website.

Die Wohnung war sauber, gut eingerichtet, toller Ausblick aufs Meer. Sehr nette Person an der Rezeption, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Knackpunkt, es gab nur WLAN im Rezeptionsbereich. Wir kommen wieder.

Nah am Meer mit Mängel

Durch Covid mussten wir stornieren, wir haben dann umgebucht. Bei Interchalet war das problemlos. Bei der Buchung hatten wir als Kundenwunsch angegeben, dass wir keine Wohnung im EG wünschen. Vor Ort wurde uns aber eine Wohnung im EG zugeteilt. Der Grasbereich vor der Terrasse wurde durch Hundekot verunreinigt. Den Besitzer haben wir aufgefordert den Kot zu entfernen, er hat nicht reagiert. Daraufhin haben wir bei der Rezeption reklamiert, es wurde nichts unternommen, bis zu unserer Abreise.

Alizea Beach Valras Plage

Die Lage ist wirklich top,direkt am Meer.Was verbesserungswürdig ist ist die Sauberkeit.Haben das Geschirr noch einmal komplett abgewaschen.Was auch nicht so gut ist,man hat nur im Empfangsbereich W-lan.TV ist zwar vorhanden,jedoch nur französische Programme.Das Bett ist sehr eng,also für zwei korpulentere Partner könnte das ein Problem werden.Trotz alle dem war es ein super Urlaub und ich würde jederzeit wieder in diese Unterkunft fahren.

Lage direkt am Strand

Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Jeder Wohnung ist ein fester Parkplatz zugeordnet. Die Wohnung blitzblank geputzt, sogar die Fenster. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich unsere deutschen Kaffeetassen fehlen. WI-FI ist leider nur im Rezeptionsbereich verfügbar, nicht im Appartement. Schade auch, dass es am Pool keine Liegen gibt Die Matratze war eine Katastrophe, total durchgelegen Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des ganzen Personals ist besonders hervorzugeben.

Mit Blick auf‘s Meer.

Die Anlage Alizea Beach liegt sofort am Strand. Man hat einen Blick auf‘s Meer. Das Personal der Rezeption ist äußerst freundlich und eventuelle Beanstandungen werden sofort behoben. (Defekte Lampen) Die Appartements sind funktionell, aber haben dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Wir können dies behaupten, da wir bereits in den vergangenen Jahren, 5 schöne Urlaube dort verbrachten. Der letzte im Jahre 2016.

Top Lage macht mangelnde Hygiene wett

Nach 10 stündiger Anfahrt mussten wir zuerst einmal 5h Putzen,bis die Wohnung endlich einen Wohlfühl-charakter bekam.In der Dusche war überall schwarzer Schimmel, in der Küche konnten wir erraten,was unsere Vorgänger so gegessen haben und auch am Boden und unter den Betten waren überall Staub&Haare zu finden...nicht ganz so,wie man sich das Ankommen wünscht!

Empfehlenswert für Ruhe suchende!

Das Appartement genügte allen Anforderungen. Die Lage am und zum Meer ist ideal. Sehr geeignet für Erholungssuchende, die Ruhe suchen und Trubel meiden wollen. Das Zentrum ist etwas von der Unterkunft entfernt, aber Grundnahrungsmittel können in unmittelbarer Umgebung gekauft werden. Verpflegung stellt kein Problem dar. Vieles wird mit südländischer Gelassenheit angegangen - kam uns sehr entgegen. Wifi ist im Rezeptionsbereich empfangbar - da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist, muss man in diesem Fall wie "auf dem Bahnhof" stehen. Eine Sitzecke wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Kleiner Fernseher vorhanden (Empfang in HD) - aber nur französische Sender. Grundkenntnisse in der fz. Sprache erleichtern das Dasein. Wir kommen gern wieder - bei gleichen Konditionen d.h. Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer!!
