「We booked the tiny home as a jump off point to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, we were not looking for extravagant accommodations. While the home was well taken care of and clean, we had some frustrating issues that made it less than ideal for our very basic needs. The bed, though comfortable, did not have a mattress protector or a fitted sheet. A regular sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet and kept coming loose and rolling up. 「Very quaint spot, kind of off the beaten path. Very quiet. Staff is quick to respond and address any questions or concerns. Had a great time, and if we return to the Grand Canyon we’ll use this spot again.」

「It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. I slept great! Could use a little maintenance & the grounds are not very attractive, but, again great place to crash after a long hike.」

「Dan & Dan have created such a wonderful and unique campsite. The location is perfect and a short drive away from the Grand Canyon and many food options. We felt safe and comfortable at the property. We used the above ground fire pit and the grill grate they provide to cook all our meals. The toilet and shower were an added bonus. We also enjoyed some of the complimentary games they have there. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone going to the Grand Canyon. I hope to return...

「We did not enjoy our stay at our rented cabin and recommend the following corrections to allow customers a more pleasant stay: - Non stick dishes are very old and should be replaced with stainless steel. - There should be oven mitts, kitchen towels, tongs, one sharp knife for families to cook simple meals - Water pressure in the kitchen sink is non existent - Water does not drain in the bathroom shower - Faucet in bathroom is stuck with white minerals and sprays everywhere when used - Loft is...

「Our family (5) stayed one night after a long hard day on the road. Owners are quick and responsive. It was nice to have a place where everyone got a bed to stretch out in before hitting the Grand Canyon the next day.」
