Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Very clean. Quiet. Perfect location in the old town. Everything was within walking distance. Staff were fantastic. especially Anna-Isabel and Mihaela and the lady from Venice. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Valencia is amazing. Definitely my favourite Spanish city. Would 100% stay at this hotel again.

We usually do not give 5-star reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. Everything was excellent, starting with the customer service—everyone was so kind and helpful, and they made our stay effortless. Nuria was especially wonderful, always caring, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was incredible, the parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel is in a great location close to everything. Overall, a superb stay.

It was nice and staff (all young) was very welcoming and helpful, We did not know about Las Falla when we arrived. It made navigating the city difficult, but it was a very interesting time in the city. The facility was nice, spacious enough and updated.
