バスタブ付きの部屋に宿泊しましたが、バスタブの栓がゆるくお湯を貯めるのにかなり時間がかかりました。 それ以外については全く不満ありません。 中心地までは散歩で行けますし、近所にスーパーもあり非常に利便性は高いです。 次も利用したいです。

よいホテルです
北駅とメトロのXativa駅まで徒歩数分で観光しやすい。近くに大きなスーパーMercatとデパートEl Corte Inglesがあり長い滞在にも便利。朝食も普通においしくスタッフも皆親切な印象。唯一の難点は空調機の音なのかランドリーなのかモーターの音がたまに耳についた。

町の中心にあって便利でコージーなホテル。
Check in、out の対応も良く、質問にも親切に対応、部屋も清潔で朝食も美味しい。　町の中心部なので買い物も食事にも便利。　水の無償サービスはなかったのであると嬉しい。　ポット完備もうれしい。　年間１００日位出張してホテルを使ってますが８０点で合格です。

立地が最高
チェックイン時、受付の方が1名しかおらずかなりの時間待たされたが対応は良かった。 部屋は写真の部屋が当たり、広い方の部屋であった。ソファもありゆったり出来た。 なによりこちらは立地が素晴らしい。街中で移動手段には困らないのでお勧め出来るホテルです

快適なホテル
お部屋は清潔で、広いですし、私の泊まった部屋はバスタブもついてとても快適でした。 エアコンの効きがいいので暑い夏に滞在しても大丈夫そうです。 スタッフは英語を話せますし、親切でした。 とても快適な滞在となり、またバレンシアに訪れる機会があればぜひ泊まりたいです。

パレンシア北駅や中心部から近くて便利なホテル
2泊しました。 チェックインも12時くらいでしたが対応してもらえて快適な時間を過ごせました。 部屋も十分な広さでした。 部屋には大きなバルコニーがありバルコニーからパレンシアの青い空が眺めることができます。 ホテル内では無料のWIFIも利用できました。 アクセスは北駅からもメトロの駅（私は空港からメトロで移動しました）からもアクセスは便利です。 パレンシアの街はコンパクトということもありますが、どこに行くのも徒歩圏内でした。 周辺にはエル コルテイングレスやメルカドーナもあり、買い物も便利です。

適切で公平な対応を
ツインルーム4泊を数ヵ月前に予約し支払い済みでした。シャワー付き浴槽ありとなっていたこと、駅から近いこと、パブリックスペースが明るく開放的なので決めました。ところが到着すると、システムのトラブルがあり系列のVincci Mercatに泊まってほしいと言われました。予約した部屋の水準が確保されるか心配と話すと、同じ4星ホテルで同水準もしくはそれ以上の部屋を用意するから大丈夫、移動のタクシー代は負担するとのことでした。 Vincci Mercatのフロントでも同様の懸念を伝えたのですが、部屋に行ってみると狭くてシャワーのみの部屋だったのですぐにシャワー付きの部屋にかえてほしいと頼みました。少し広めの部屋に移ることができ、結果としては快適な滞在となりました。Vincci Lys 側から正確に情報が伝わっていないと感じました。それからもしトラブルとはダブルブッキングならば支払い済みの宿泊客を優先すべきではと思いました。 もうひとつは、Vincci Lysからの移動のタクシーを待っていると、後からスペイン人のご夫婦が到着し、同内容のことを告げられると大声で苦情を言っていました。やっとタクシーが来て私たちが先と言ったのに、ホテル側がそのご夫婦を先に乗せてしまってのです。同じ行き先なのに。 そんなこんなで最終的に泊まる部屋が確定するまでの数時間、大いにストレスがたまりました。結果的にVincci Lysには泊まりませんでしたが、ここで苦情を伝えさせていただきます。ぜひ適切で公平な対応をお願いします。

街中のお洒落なビジネスマン、ウーマン利用のホテル
ナビで街中のホテルを探すのにやや手間取りましたが、地下駐車場が完備され、部屋も予約したスタンダードツインが満室ということで、アップグレードしてくれ、屋上テラス付きの素敵な部屋に泊まれました。駅からも近く、汽車の旅でもお勧めのホテルです。

Great location. A side street off of a Main Street near the main square. Very quiet. I had a junior suite, it was huge and well appointed. Helpful front desk, great housekeeping service. I never had breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Superb Stay
Hotel is in a great position right in the centre of Valencia with inexpensive parking right below. Room was really nice and probably one of the best breakfasts we have had in a hotel with so many wonderful choices. (Try their mini cupcake tortillas & muffins) There was a plethora of restaurants right outside the hotel main entrance and a really buzzing atmosphere. We will be staying here again.

The first room we were assigned had a very bad sewersmell to it, luckily for us there was another room available and we could move there. However, there are renovations going on which resulted in loud renovationnoises every morning from 8am to 4pm in the afternoon. The hotel was very noisy anyway, could hear neighbours walk and talk and had to sleep with airbuds every night. The breakfast was good, but not great. No variety during the week, coffee and tea not hot enough and little choice of bread. Sweet breads where supertiny, so where most of the dishes like soups, omelettes and pastry's, Cleanliness was absolutely perfect in our second room! Clean-up everyday including mopping the floors, compliments to the cleaningcrew. The new bathrooms are very pretty, but I would advise a manual for the three showerknobs, after 5 days I still didn't figure out how they worked. The location of the hotel is great, close too public transport and for us walking distance from all important places to be and visit. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. We did have an enjoyable stay. We would have a appreciated a heads-up first about the constructionworks or at least a discount for the room. Sleeping-in or just relaxing in the afternoon was not an option, the works were só loud.

Tolles Hotel in super zentraler Umgebung. Das Badezimmer ist super modern. Einziger Kritikpunkt: nachts wurde es unfassbar warm im Zimmer, obwohl die Klimaanlage eingestellt war.

Perfect mid-priced hotel for business or leisure.
Nice and friendly check-in. Arrived early and was hoping to just leave luggage but the receptionist checked and found that the room was ready and so checked us in early. Room was clean and very spacious with a seating area. There was an entrance lobby with doors to the bedroom and bathroom which meant that we didn’t hear any noise from the corridor at night. Overall it was very quiet and we slept very well. Great location. 2 minutes from the metro and walking distance to many of the sights and good restaurants in the city centre. Buffet breakfast was lovely with a good selection of dishes. Overall it was a fabulous stay and would definitely book again for a future trip.

Very nice hotel. The beds were amazing. The only negative was the $20+ breakfast. It was fine but didn’t live up to the beauty/opulence of the rest of the hotel. Expected an omelet/crepe bar but had powdered eggs.

My husband and I spent one night at this hotel. It was very convenient for visiting the Cathedral and historic part of Valencia. Shopping and restaurants were literally next door. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
