En Valencia, como en casa

Apartamento espacioso, luminoso y bien situado, a unos 5 minutos de la Lonja de la Seda. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia en Valencia, incluidos supermercados relativamente cerca, ascensor , electrodomésticos (lavadora, lavavajillas, tostadora, microondas) y secador. Dejan toallas, unas cápsulas Nespresso, amenities para una ducha, un kit de estropajo y lavavajillas. Existe la posibilidad de dejar las maletas en unas consignas en el edificio, aunque son pocas y conviene dejar el equipaje lo antes posible. La única pega es que solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón y que hay que realizar el pago de la reserva a través de una pasarela e-commerce sin haber visto el alojamiento. Aún así, están pendientes en todo momento si contactas con ellos para solucionar cualquier problema.

Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral in der Altstadt, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Viele Supermärkte sowie lokale Geschäfte/Restaurants Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet um auch dort zu kochen/Kaffee/Kühlschrank Gemütliches Bett.

Prima appartement op uitstekende locatie. Inrichting is wat basic maar in Spanje ben je toch merendeels buiten. Fijn, beschut terras. Heerlijke douche.

Sehr sauber. Altstadt und Markt schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen für 1 Paar oder 1 Familie mit 2 Kindern. Nicht für 2 Paare geeignet, da das Bad und die Toilette nur durch das eine Schlafzimmer begehbar war.

Spazioso e centrale

Appartamento spazioso arredato in modo funzionale, anche se alcuni mobili sono un po' "vissuti". Discretamente pulito. C'è tutto quello che occorre per viverci anche lunghi periodi, tranne detersivi (a parte una monodose per piatti) e panni per la pulizia della casa e del bagno, che si rende necessaria per permanenze di più giorni. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro, ma per il mare ci vuole circa un'ora con bus o metro. Veloce alternativa sono i numerosi motorini in sharing.

Great choice for a longer stay

No problems with our stay, but know that staff, although very helpful and kind, are only on site in the early part of the day. Airport pick-up was arranged for us. The apartment was secure, clean, ample storage & in great shape, but some of the furniture could be improved, especially the bedside "tables". Most cooking supplies were available, except for a spatula for the frying pans. Don't worry about the appearance of the street with graffiti, the neighborhood is very safe and in the "old city" - a great location for tourists.

Very good communication and quick responses to any enquiries from staff. Easy check-in process. Convenient central location. Clean apartment. Basic kitchen supplies, but no coffee maker, other hotels offering Nespresso machines. Furniture not the best/most comfortable but sufficient, did not like mattress. Overall pleasant stay.

We were fairly happy with our stay here. As well, Valencia is a beautiful city and has a lot to offer. The apartment comes with its good and not so good. Pros: It’s in a perfect location for exploring all the historical sites of the old town. It’s spacious (we had the premium suite) It’s modern and fairly well equipped. You can’t beat the price! It was easy communications with the management staff. Cons: It’s depressing view out the back windows (derelict dumping ground full of feral cats) The furnishings were quite cheap. When someone moved in above us on the last day it became extremely noisy.

Excellent hosts who go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable This is a small Hotel In hot weather try to book a room on an upper floor facing east. Despite decent air conditioning It can be a little cooler Lots of good restaurants in local plazas

Prachtige accommodatie midden in het centrum. Op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden. Ruim appartement, schoon en van alles voorzien. Fietsverhuur om de hoek en shuttleservice mogelijk van en naar luchthaven voor redelijke prijs. Aanrader voor een ieder die naar Valencia gaat!

Lovely apartment type hotel, exactly like shown in Expedia. The company was helpful, arranged taxi for us both to and from the airport. Quite close to restaurants and city centre. Cute little Juliette balconies in both living room and bedroom, with heavy wooden shutters. Only complaint was the street noise on the weekends, and people partying until 3 am..
