Impressive apartment located in the unique Valencian neighborhood of Ruzafa, also known as 'Valencian Soho', very close to the “Parque Central” and the North Station, in the heart of Valencia. It has a contemporary decoration with a lot of character. Located 1km from the center and the North Station of Valencia, 1.9 km from the City of Arts and Sciences and 4.5 km from Playa de las Arenas. You can walk to all places of cultural and leisure interest.

Located next to the center of Valencia, in the emblematic Ruzafa neighborhood, it has a huge selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants very close to the apartment. Also, walking around you can enjoy original stores where you can shop.

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished with air conditioning, heating and free WiFi throughout the property, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It has 1 room with a 150cmx190cm bed and 2 double rooms with 2 90x190 beds each. 1 full bathroom with shower. Very complete apartment. Very close to restaurants and train stations. The host very friendly and willing to serve. We forgot something at the apartment after leaving. We had to return but had not keys. He was kind to come out of his way come back and open the apartment.
