立地
ホテル自体はすごくきれいで、大満足でしたが、市内からは少し遠く、毎回タクシーを使わないといけなかったので、少し不便でした。周りも住宅街であまりお店が無く不便でしたが、海や水族館、ミュージアム等があり、ゆったりしたい方にはおすすめです。

Great hotel, well located for seeing all the sights of Valencia. Very comfortable bed which was huge! Room cleaned to a high standard every day.

El personal es muy amable, habitación amplia y camas cómodas y limpio. Lo mejor, el desayuno, tienen un buffet especial para niños que a mí hija le encantó. El pero es la calefacción, quizá fue cosa de nuestra habitación pero hacía muchísimo calor, estuvimos dos noches, tampoco preguntamos así que quizá era por desconocimiento. Poro general, para repetir si volvemos a hotel en Valencia, y si hace tanto calor ya preguntaremos en recepción 😅

Staff great but...
Staff were great and room OK though a little cramped. The room that we had was "tired". Wardrobe doors did not run smoothly, bath was detached from the surround and the toilet very cramped.

아주 멋진 호텔
너무나 깨끗하고 넓은 공간에서 충분히 잘 쉴수 있었어요. 아침 뷔페는 특별함은 덜했지만 무난히 즐길만 했고, 직원들의 서비스는 무척 친절하고 좋았습니다. 특히, 엘리베이터가 빨라서 더좋았다는 ^^

I'm not a picky person, however, this hotel had its challenges. (1) It's outdated. The rooms need a refresh. (2) The bathroom layout makes it very difficult to get into and out of the shower (3) We had to change rooms twice due to issues specific to those rooms during our stay. The highlight of this hotel is its breakfast buffet. That was exceptionally well ran, robust choices, good food, and friendly staff.

A nuestra llegada Ángel fue muy amable y nos explico detalles de la ciudad, la comida local, donde tomar el transporte, etc…. Nos agrado la forma de hacernos sentir confortables, Las camas súper cómodas, las sabanas y edredones impecables y muy suaves, El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla, El desayuno abundante, con opciones frías, calientes , toda variedad de panes, bebidas calientes y frías, muy rico! Y la atención de Nuria y la otra chica que nos atendieron 100 puntos, La ubicación está muy cerca de los museos, la zona es muy tranquila y hay varios restaurantes,

Muy buena experiencia
Mi familia y yo hemos estado alojados 3 días en el hotel y todo ha cumplido nuestras expectativas. La habitación estaba muy limpia, las camas eran cómodas, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, la presión de la ducha también muy bien, y estábamos en una habitación silenciosa. No hicimos uso del buffet ni del restaurante pero la oferta que se veía en la habitación sobre los menús y servicio de habitaciones era amplia. Los precios del minibar me parecieron algo caros por eso optamos por no consumir nada, pero por lo demás, todo bien. Hicimos el check-out y nos guardaron las maletas en recepción mientras hacíamos turismo el último día. Muy amables todos los que nos atendieron. Para recomendar.

Piscine minuscule
L’hôtel est boring, loin de la plage, loin du centre ville. On avait réservé pour avoir la piscine, mais les photos sont trompeuses, la piscine est minuscule, pas assez de transats on doit s’assoir par terre. Évitez cet hôtel si vous êtes en vacances.

Ok hotelli, vanhanaikainen. Suht siistiä, mutta uudistuksen tarpeessa. Uima-allas kiva lisä, oli kuitenkin pieni ja kaipaisi myös kunnostusta.

Pire hotel fait en Espagne
Parking étroit, lors de notre accueil, nous avons eu lit séparé alors que nous avions demandé une chambre avec lit double; on nous as quand même changé la chambre. Grande chambre, un peu vieille, beaucoup de point négatif : - lors de la douche, la salle de bain devient une piscine car l'eau fuit depuis la baignoire - goutte d'eau qui tombe du plafond (photo à l'appui) - boite de cable électrique apparent sous le bureau donc no go si vous avez des enfants (photo à l'appuie) Si vous avez des avantages avec hotel.com, pas la peine ce sera compliqué... Sur 10 hotels que nous avons fait en Espagne, c'est le pire...

La camera era pulita, il bagno spazioso con la vasca da bagno ma utilizzabile anche come doccia, i letti molto grandi e comodi. La camera era ubicata all'ottavo piano. La fermata dell'autobus per andare nel centro storico oppure in spiaggia è proprio di fronte all'albergo. La città delle arti e delle scienze è a 10 minuti a piedi. La colazione è veramente varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità. Abbiamo cenato una sera in hotel, abbiamo ordinato l'arroz del senorete, ma non è stato di nostro gradimento; abbiamo comunque apprezzato lo sconto "vip access". La palestra al decimo piano è dotata di cyclette, tapis roulant ed ellittica più un attrezzo per sollevare pesi.

Personal muy amable, tanto en la recepción como en el servicio de desayuno. Habitaciones confortables y limpias. Muy difícil acceder al parking en la planta -3, con un coche mediano/grande casi imposible.
