Welcome to our brand new apartment in the Nuevo Nazareth project area in Valencia, a quiet residential zone with an excellent location to explore the city.
This cozy apartment features a layout designed to offer greater privacy and comfort. It has a double bed in the main space, separated by a divider/base for more intimacy, and a separate area with another double bed. Additionally, it has a sofa bed, making it ideal for 4 people and able to accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note that none of the spaces have doors to separate them or make them independent.
It is located on the ground floor, at street level, which facilitates access.
You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, clean towels and sheets, air conditioning-heating, hot water, and 24/7 guest assistance, 7 days a week.
It has two televisions, one in the living room and another in the rest area. It also has hot/cold air conditioning units and a full bathroom with all essential items and complimentary toiletries for the first days of your stay.
A note about expectations:
We like to be honest so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying comfort and convenience.
The apartment has no windows, but it has a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh inside. Being at street level, there may be some noise during weekdays.
So everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay, parties, loud noise, smoking, and pets are not permitted. The apartment has noise monitors and smoke detectors, and furniture must remain inside the property.
Please note that under no circumstances should you use, disturb, or affect the public way, sidewalk, or outdoor areas. Furniture should not be removed from the property or placed outside.

You will find the Municipal Market of Nazaret in its streets, where the local essence breathes with fresh products and friendly service, as well as typical bars and cafes where you can enjoy authentic Valencian gastronomy. Just a few minutes away are the Port of Valencia, Marina, and Las Arenas beach, ideal for strolling, practicing water sports, or enjoying the sunset by the sea.
Nazaret is a quiet and authentic place, perfect for those who want to experience a more local and relaxed Valencia, but with everything within reach. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tram stop, 'Nazareth', is right next to the accommodation.
Valencia Airport is 25 minutes away by car.
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the key link and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.
Early check-in is available subject to accommodation availability and prior confirmation. There may be an additional cost.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and garbage bag. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy inside the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor spaces of the home if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of €80.
Please note that under no circumstances should you use, disturb, or affect the public way, sidewalk, or outdoor areas, or remove furniture from the property. Out of respect for coexistence, behaviors that disturb public order, generate noise, or affect environmental cleanliness are prohibited. Removing items, chairs, or any elements from the home is also prohibited. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
