The hotel is in a great location with a restaurant down stairs with lovely and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, easy on street parking at the back.

Convenient location, friendly staff, close to shopping mall and the city of arts and sciences. There is a restaurant next to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and happy to stay there again. I highly recommend the hotel.

We got to the hotel a little early and the friendly female receptionist was able to allow us to park the car and return later. On return we went to the room that was beautifully air conditioned and the bed was very comfortable. Even as our room was above the restaurant area, the room was very quiet. We stayed for 3 nights and everyday the staff were friendly and helpful

short trip to enjoy New Years eve Celebrations

3 day trip to enjoy New Years Eve. Hotel rooms although not large are very clean and well equipped with great TV and a super Bathroom and shower. King size bed was also very comfortable. Well positioned for all sightseeing and the parking for car was very helpful. Would recommend.

The rooms are basic but it’s all you need and very clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, the cafe/bar is excellent with a great choice of foods and drinks and the girls working the bar and restaurant are great, it doesn’t matter if they can’t speak English we are in Spain so it’s our job to try and speak Spanish, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Location between the beach and the city center about 30 min walk or 10 min on public transport very easy. Close to the Museum of Art and Science 10 min walk.My room was large with a large terrace , extra king size bed. Restaurant with a large selection of dishes.

Overall good hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is good near a tram stop to get to the old center and 20mn walk from turia park and city of science. The room was quite small however and the internet was pretty terrible, sometimes fast and sometimes just not working. With average connection in roaming in the room I would not recommend it for remote work.

Hotel is new but room is small. Location is next to the arena which is scheduled to complete in 2025. Nearby shopping mall, Carrefour, huge super market and its gas station. Also 15 min walk to Science and Art museum. Hotel has paid parking we choose to use for the hassle looking for free parking outside. The parking lot is good size, not those tiny one built 70 years in downtown. Housekeeping clean our room daily not those every other day clean hotels. Very happy to stay in this new developed area in Valencia.

New hotel on first floor of Condo building. Property is relatively new, so rooms are clean, white and have new furniture. Kudos for the mattresses they are king size and very comfortable. Please note some rooms overlook an internal patio, so no views or natural light. Front desk employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Victoria that helped me on several needs I had during my stay, always with a smile and great attitude. Hotel Area, Cuatro Carrers is relatively new, 10 minutes away from Saler Shopping Center and La Ciudad de las ciencias. Hotel has an Asian fusion restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, but there are no other restaurants, bars or Spanish food options nearby unless you walk to the mall or change to a different area. Overall a good experience in a small hotel with comfortable beds, good employees but a bit off the beaten path.

Good small hotel, good location

It's kind of a newer small hotel that is part of large residential building. My Rooms was very clean, but lacked a few things (e.g. small coffee maker or even a small fridge).there was no internet on the first day,so I had to reach out to concierge a few times. Also one of the staff had to come to my unit twice to make the safe work (absolutely no instructions in the room). Air conditioning was great. Bathroom was very clean, but had to block the water coming off the shower, moving towards the room. A very expensive cafe under the hotel, unfortunately it was very hard for me to communicate with the satff. Overall a positive experience. The biggest advantage: the location of the hotel.
