This is a traditional Valdivian Hotel located between the bus station and the market. It has a good restaurant and decent breakfast. I've stayed here several times when I need to stay downtown.

Staff were all really helpful even with my poor Spanish. Hotel is clean, rooms are a decent size. It’s of its time, so could do with a little modernisation, but it was comfortable and clean, and everything is a short walk away.

This is a little out-of-the-way hotel in Valdivia. Not exactly close enough to walk everywhere but it was quiet and the staff was wonderful. The room was clean and we had secure parking. I would stay here again.

Bon hôtel mais bruyant pour les chambres sur l'ave

Hôtel ancien mais très propre et confortable. Grande chambre avec petite cuisine Lit confortable. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux et correct. Gros problème pour les chambres donnant sur l'avenida Alemania : bruit de trafic malgré l'insonorisation.

Bueno

Si bien tiene muy buena ubicación, céntrico, el estacionamiento es pequeño. las habitaciones de nivel superior no están mal, pero los baños necesitan mas limpieza. Ese fue el punto negativo de la estadía. Por el mismo valor uno d epuede quedar en el Diego de Almagro por ejemplo.

Musty smell

The room had a sour smell to it. Opening the windows helped but it came back after they were closed. Bed was a bit hard. But the hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, the river and the bus terminal.
