Giro molto per lavoro, ho trovato un punto fermo nei miei itinerari, sicuramente la posizione lontana dal centro di Livigno può sembrare scomoda, ma i punti di forza sono molti, cordialità, ottima cucina, ottimo servizio e sorrisi….salvato nei miei preferiti

Ljudstörningar med trevlig personal

Ett väldigt ljudligt hotell med tunna väggar. Vi blev otroligt störda av andra gästers oljud både på morgonen och kvällen. Mysigt spa och hjälpsam personal. Några hade svårt med engelskan men det fanns några som var mycket duktiga och kunde svara på frågor m.m. Hotellet ligger en bit från backen med bil ca 30 min.

In the middle of the mountains, surrounded by green fields and mountain lakes, the location of this hotel is fantastic. Staff is very helpful and friendly, you can feel the extra touch of a family-managed hotel. Dinner was great every night, with fresh local products, and the rooms are very clean. We'll definitely come back in the future.

Due belle sciate

Soggiorno breve ma confortevole , ottima posizione ( sulla strada tra Bormio e Livigno ) vicino ai due comprensori sciistici . Hotel completo di centro benessere , piscina piccola ma suggestiva , jacuzzi grande , saune adeguate , spazio relax ok . Camera ottima pulita e spaziosa con una bella vista , colazione eccellente . Giudizio complessivo più che positivo , da consigliare .

Basic Stopover Hotel.

Staff were pleasant,I had arrived after the restaurant had closed, but they still provided me with a hot meal which was a nice gesture. Free garage parking for my motorcycle again much appreciated. Room was basic, window view was of the back of the fire escape stains !! Had I of known this before booking, I would not have stayed in this particular hotel room and probably not even in this hotel. The other rooms at the front and back of the hotel had superior views overlooking nice areas. If it’s only for 1 night then you can live with it, but I stayed for 2. In hindsight that was the reason why this room hung around on a number of hotel booking websites, the hotel photos where very misleading because if they had shown the fire escape view from the window in that room I definitely would not have booked. Apart from that food was good and had a friendly feel about the place, but lacks facilities,shops etc not much within reasonable walking distance.

Great hotel!

Stayed here for one night while driving through Italy. Wonderful location at 2200 masl. Staff was extremly helpful and nice at all times. The room was clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was great. Recommended!

Familienhotel

Es handelt sich um ein typisches Familienhotel. Es hatte viele Kinder - und war dementsprechend sehr laut. Wir buchten eine Suite - unser Zimmer verdiente diesen Namen aber überhaupt nicht. Der Fernseher hatte ausschliesslich italienische Sender. Da wir nicht gut italienisch sprechen, vermissten wir deutsche oder englische Sender sehr - insbesondere weil die "Winter-Olympiade" statt fand. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr klein. Oft waren Kinder anwesend und es war somit auch da laut und "spritzig". Für Familien OK - wenn man etwas Ruhe möchte nicht OK.

Eccellente esperienza

Ottima struttura, ben tenuta, pulita e molto molto curata. Il valore aggiunta è dato indubbiamente dal personale, tutti molto gentili e disponibili ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. Ci si sente veramente coccolati. Unica pecca nel nostro caso, è stata la "svista" di chiedere il pagamento della camera, benché fosse stata già pagata. Certo sono errori che possono capitare e l'incomprensione è stata immediatamente risolta però... meglio se non accadono!!!

Gioiellino incastonato tra le montagne!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel sei notti. Siamo stati accolti con molta professionalità e simpatia. In camera al nostro arrivo c'erano acqua e frutta in omaggio. Sicuramente la posizione di questo hotel lo rende ancora più spettacolare, in mezzo alla natura immerso tra le montagne e i laghetti. Uno spettacolo!!!! E che dire poi della cucina.... davvero ottimi piatti sia di gusto che presentazione. Colazione molto varia dal dolce al salato e attenzione anche per chi ha intolleranze alimentari. E che dire poi del centro benessere? Un gioiellino!... sauna, bagno turco, vasca idromassaggio, docce emozionali e una piccola piscina incastonata tra le rocce con acqua gocciolante dalle stesse. Insomma una struttura piena di ogni comfort e adatta agli amanti della natura.

Qualche giorno al Passo del Foscagno

Ho soggiornato qui per tre giorni in agosto ed ho scelto il posto per avere certezza di tranquillità. L'albergo ha rispettato le mie aspettative: il personale è gentile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema, la spa è piccola ma molto ben attrezzata ed è veramente gradevole, la cucina è di buon livello. Gradevole anche la possibilità di fare merenda nel pomeriggio (compresa nel costo della mezza pensione) e la colazione con ricco buffet e uova strapazzate e pancake cucinati al momento dal simpaticissimo direttore dell'albergo. Unico "neo" la stanza che dava sul retro dell'albergo, ma pulita e rassettata due volte al giorno. Molto vantaggiosa la posizione, a pochi chilometri da Livigno. Nel complesso un'esperienza sicuramente positiva.

Example of excellence!!!

We have stayed in Hotel Interalpen from the 17th till the 21st of February. I never write reviews but this hotel and staff really deserves one. Since the very beginning of our stay we have experienced a great and warm hospitality of the Director Claudio and all the staff in the hotel. From welcome drinks and detailed explanation of the hotel facilities up to a great deal of flexibility regarding our stay and usage of the facilities. In short words they made everything possible to keep us satisfied. Rooms where very clean and in fact where cleaned twice a day which is to me the first time I ever experienced such a service. Onsite facilities where amazing and two that stand out for us where the amazing Spa which included Steam and Dry sauna, Jacuzzi, Relaxation room, Heated pool and the onsite restaurant which prepared in my opinion very delicious designer food and all for very reasonable pricing. So overall this hotel was a great experience and we are definitely coming back and will recommend it further.

Great service.

The service was amazing for us, we arrived around 1 am for check in and the person on reception went and made us a meal. The rest of the hotel is great for bikers as there is garaged parking and locations is very beautiful.

Ottimo Hotel di Alta Quota con Centro Benessere

Ho usato questo hotel come base di partenza per varie escursioni sia con bici da strada e mountain bike. Vicino alle piste di discesa di Livigno, al Parco dello Stelvio e del Bernina. Bellissimi i laghetti alpini di fronte all'hotel. Ho Gradito la Pulizia della Stanza e della Struttura. Comodo il parcheggio coperto e chiuso a disposizione soprattutto in caso di maltempo. Ottimo anche per i motociclisti. Buona ed Ampia la Colazione. Perfette le cene.
