「The 3rd floor unit was spacious, clean and well appointed. Access to parking in the garage was very easy and the wagon for hauling our belongings was especially helpful.The only glitch was using the keypad to open the unit door. Our host assisted remotely, which was helpful. 」

「This condo was great and suited our needs perfectly. Communication with the host was prompt and all the necessary check-in details (access, wifi, etc.) were provided in timely fashion. We could walk out the front door and hike around the Alyeska resort and access its many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Also very conveniently located for access to the Girdwood area. Kitchen was well stocked and living room was comfortable for relaxing. Would stay again.」

The check in was a bit tricky as instructions did not specify which side of the building key was located. I went to what i thought was the main entrance and tried to figure out where the key was for about 20 minutes. Finally called the help line and they let me know you have to walk to the side of the building to a staircase. I would say, the one thing to improve for summer guests would be to have...

「This was a perfect location for all of our activities from Anchorage to Homer to Seward to Whittier. The ski condo was well stocked and check in and out was easy. Plenty of room for our four adults. Lots of extras such as washer dryer, games, soft blankets and a jacuzzi. Definitely will recommend to others. 」

「The town was great to visit! I arrived in the rain and getting into the condo was no piece of cake. Although the host warns about the key access issue, it us after the booking, so a bit frustrating:( The key would not open the 2nd floor door so i had to carry luggage in rain to get to first floor to access the 2nd gloor」

Reason stated was ‘keys are lost’- this is part of the cost of running a rental. Listing said laundry - was coin operated in building but never mentioned this detail in listing or documentation. This is NOT a 2 BR. It’s a 1 BR with a loft- loft next to BR so there is basically no privacy for that bed. Finally the one bathroom and both beds are on...
