The living room features a brand-new sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. Unwind in front of the gas fireplace while enjoying spectacular views of Vail Mountain ski area. Just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to the Eagle Bahn Gondola, ski lifts, and all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment in Lionshead Village. Sun Vail offers a large, year-round outdoor swimming pool, a redwood sauna, and outdoor hot tubs for ultimate relaxation after an active day. This condo combines comfort, convenience, and stunning mountain views, making it the perfect home base for your Vail adventure.

FEATURES: 2-Bedrooms / 2-baths; the primary bedroom has a king bed, private full bath. The second bedroom has two twins size beds, and a full bathroom in the hall. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Spacious patio with plenty of seating, mountain view and gas grill.

NOTE: NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation; in the summer, opening a patio door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise.

10 minute walk to the gondola

Everything that we needed was in the condo. We were able to walk and bike to all the places we needed to go. Communication with the management company was great and parking was super easy.

This place is on the ground floor and is really large for a two bedroom in the area. The shared amenities are incredible. It has a sauna, heated pool and jacuzzi.
