The Space: -Just a few steps from Lionshead gondola. In the Heart of Lionshead restaurants and shops. -Definitely don’t need to rent or have a car in this place. -During the winter you can rent or store your skis, right in the building. -It is close to everything! In Lionshead you can find shops, great restaurants and two convenience stores. -The bus is free in Vail and can also take you to Vail Village, which is the downtown of Vail and is full of restaurants and shops. -There is a convenience store across from the apartment. -It is a very cozy apartment. the lodge is called "westwind"
Guest Access: -Jacuzzi to relax after skiing (the Jacuzzi is not private, is for all the apartments) -You have access to laundry in the building. -High-speed Internet -Convenient, free local bus access.
The Neighborhood: The apartment is in the heart of Lionshead village where you can find stores, restaurants, the gondola, ski shops, and the ice skating rink. There are also two convenience stores where you can find everything you need, from food, bathroom and laundry supplies, over the counter medicines etc. There are great restaurants in the area.

Great property to stay at. Close to everything. Communication with host was fantastic. This place has everything you need. And everything’s within walking distance. Would stay here again.
Nicely updated and comfortable property for our ski weekend. Easily walkable to Lionshead and Vail Villages (or take the free bus into Vail if you don't want to walk the 10-15 minutes.) Well stocked kitchen, easy 3-5 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola, nearby restuarants and shopping. Property manager was very responsive to any questions - highly recommend!
Great condo location. It took about 5 minutes to walk downhill to the gondola, so the location was excellent. The pool/hot tub were also very good, warm and fun. Parking in the facility was excellent. We rented a Ford F150 so always have anxiety about parking fit, but it fit fine underground. Getting into the garage was a bit tight but slow and steady wins the race.The condo was very spacious, with plenty of room for our family of five. Kitchen had everything we needed except a vegetable peeler (could not find it - perhaps there). Washer dryer in the unit was super useful and apparently not standard for this condo building. We had some questions about stuff and the owner was very quick to reply. I would certainly rent this again. Not much affordable, walking distance to vail like this unit.
Host and the apartment are great. What stood out is that is advertised as ski in ski out and the place is not ski in ski out. Is a good 200 yards away from the gondola. I am not saying is very far. It’s just not. Ski in /ski out
