"The elevator was broke. The hotel is in the middle of remodeling so there was no hot breakfast, just a grab and go cold bag. The vending machine had no bottled water. Our a/c went off and on, not allowing our room to stay cold. Very disappointed that we were not informed of these conditions when booking. Not fair to pay good money for this place. Corporate should have closed down until everything was completed. "
