Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Special thanks to the valet guys, they have a free car service that can take you up to 3miles out from the property, and they were very professional, friendly, and had great recommendations for food/drinks. I would definetely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing! From the check into the checkout. We came to town for a girls weekend during ACL and it had that large hotel feel but with the boutique hotel intimacy. If we needed anything, it was delivered to us right away. I used the gym, the pool, the lobby And everything was excellent. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Austin or any other city that has a hotel, Zaza! The hotel all around was so clean and all the staff was excellent. Shout out to Felisha and Mia for being particularly lovely! Also Patricia in the Upstairs restaurant by the pool was excellent!

This is the best stay and service I have ever received in a hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Zaza. They have the most personal touches from the morning coffee service to the afternoon cookies. The rooftop pool area is very upscale, quiet and relaxing. The transportation service is such a convenient amenity. Our room was so nice and comfortable. This boutique hotel is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in and was worth every bit for this special anniversary trip to Austin.
