The parking lot is also right next to the hotel, making it very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. "Amazing public bath - temperature perfect, water clean with cold water dip and sauna available for men's bath. All amenities are included, so you wouldn't need any lotions, shampoos, face wash, body towels, razors, etc. Sufficient parking available although, the 2nd parking lot is a bit of a walk, but only a minute or two. "Wonderfully food experience. We were there on a holiday so there wasn't much open. Still, we went on a big walk in the rain - the Literature walk was well worth it 🙂. The town has a lovely feel. Pity about transport."

"Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a renovated commercial property dating back to at least the first half of1900's, if not earlier. The rooms were very tastefully decorated, which gives it a distinctive Japanese feel, but with all modern amenities. The morning breakfast made from local, seasonal ingredients was del8cious and a great experience in itself. The staff were very friendly and dedicated, and the service was outstanding. All in all, a pleasant time. Wish I could have stayed longer. "
