The room had zero lightbulbs in the lamps upon arrival. It was also unseasonably cold and there was no heat in the hotel. Alison from Menger Management agreed to comp 1/2 night rate upon your contacting them - they made a note.

We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort. I love that they are pet friendly, go above and beyond with a little welcome baggie for our dog, the grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed walking the trails and property grounds. The option to have room service was amazing, the food was delicious, my services at the spa were delightful and the staff was so kind in all the departments. We look forward to a return trip soon.

Friendly staff, excellent location, clean and spacious rooms

I would have given La Luz 5 stars if there had not been a rooftop bar. The music sounded as if it was literally in room 1301 and lasted till 0230. The other party was in 1302 and could hear it but nothing like 1301. The location is great, the cleanliness was wonderful, and customer service was impeccable. Would stay again but would request as far opposite of these rooms i could be.
