"Very clean room, the staff were very nice and friendly, the breakfast was very good. Could not fault the parking, multi storey car parking leading straight on to the concourse of the hotel and cinema complex also to include bowling, nando's, pizza hut and very close to the city centre. "

"I arrived at 10 on the evening and left at 730 the next day. When I arrived it was dark and cold outside. I had needed to call the hotel as I was lost. Beth was really kind and friendly on the phone and got me to the hotel. I entered the building and it was really quirky. I entered from the car park and it was like entering an olde fashioned train station. It was ace. I then entered the hotel and it was really bright and colourful. There were lights on the stairs that made it look magical. Beth checked me in and again was really helpful. The room was lovely. Nice and bright. It has all the facilities you could ask for. Overall a fab stay. I don't know whatthe area is like outside the hotel as I got there too late and left early. I am a single traveller and would def recommend this hotel."

"Room and general service were fine. No available choice of granary/wholemeal bread (or brown rolls) for breakfast. Just croissants, pastries, or white sliced bread. "
