Where to begin! Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by the hotel owners at the door! They were welcoming and helped us with our bags to our rooms. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. The common area and the patio were my husbands and I, favorite places in the hotel! The patio area is surrounded by glass where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the heart of the sacred valley and have your (free) breakfast every morning. We would definitely come back and we recommend this to...

Great place and vantage point to see and tour the Sacred Valley!!

The wonderful Lida and her aunt Vilma own this lodging. They are both very sweet and contributed to the good vibe of the place. Lida speaks perfect English and can help you arrange a medicine ceremony with a local contact of hers if you wish. I really liked that this place was just out of town, along the river, and very peaceful. It’s only a short walk into town; a short walk in the other direction is the start of the Incan Trail to the amazing archaeological site Puma Marca. My room on the...

Very nice clean room with large bathroom. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The highly-rated restaurant was closed for renovation the night we were there but was open the next morning for coffee. This place could not be more perfect for visiting Machu Picchu; it is literally located on the train platform that takes you to Aguas Calientes where you switch to the bus to MP.

We had a great experience at Kenti’s. The staff is super friendly. Great breakfast. And I can tell you on good authority since this was my 5th time in Ollantaytambo, EXCELLENT hot water/shower situation. Very nice garden to chill in as well.

I had a wonderful stay at the Picaflor Tambo. The hotel is beautiful -- with a relaxed, peaceful ambiance -- and the owner and her son could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The rooms were fresh and clean, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The owners are also happy to advise on how to make the most of your time in Ollataytambo. The location couldn't be better, directly across from the entrance to the granary ruins hike. If I return, I will definitely stay here again!...

My husband and I went to Peru for our honeymoon and booked this hotel for our 5 days in Cusco. It was spotlessly clean, quite beautiful, and very close to everything we wanted to do and see in Cusco. The staff spoke English and Spanish and were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They did many little thoughtful things to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, including putting hot water bottles at the foot of our bed so our feet were warm when we went to sleep. Breakfast was delicious and could...

Absolutely amazing! 10 Stars the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable and took real good care of us and her other guests. Absolutely would recommend great for couples or groups!

Clean room, great location 5 mins walk to main square, staff is friendly. We stay there for one night and go to Machu Picchu town the next day, and come back to stay for another 3 nights. They allow us to put our luggage for the day we didn’t stay. The wall is thin we can hear the room besides us showering and using hair dryer.

Cusco likes visitors and this hotel mirrors the same disposition. The staff is available and helpful. The beds might be somewhat soft, some water might trickle out of the shower, but at this price range, given the overall service provided, it shouldn't bother you. Across the street is a little theatre with live music and a Peruvian folk dance performance. Don't miss it if you visit Cusco. Starts at 7 PM. It's one of the punches on the BTC Boleto Turistico DelCusco. Plaza de Armas is a 10...

My charger kept falling off the wall and there is only one charger option in the room. It was borderline cold water for the showers. Excellent customer service though

We had a great time at Kaaro House. The staff were kind and helpful with the few requests we had. I would 100% stay there again.

It was excellent. We got a very comfortable apartment with a kitchenette, chimney, food, hot water showers, cable tv, strong wifi, and plenty of beds to accommodate the entire family.

El hotel está bien. El desayuno es limitado en sus opciones

My husband, kids, and I stayed here three different times while in Cusco, including before and after an amazon trip and before and after a visit to Machu Picchu. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was well kept, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location was great for activities in the main square, celebrating Inti Raymi, and everything else we wanted to do. We were able to leave our extra bags there between visits; you generally can't take a lot into the amazon or...

Excelente

We loved staying here! The family were lovely and accommodating. They took through the wilderness in their back yard and beyond which was super cool. The rooms were comfortable and we especially loved our patio overlooking the town and endless festivals (do they ever end?!?!). There wasn't hot water, but that is what we expected for this price. I would recommend!

Owners are lovely, they took great care of us. Room was a little cold and they brought us a heater plus more comfortable blankets (not the very heavy ones they'll give in some hostels). They brought us some tea as well. Very lovely couple ~
