「This was a great cottage for our get away on the NNK. Walking distance to The Tides Inn and very close to other restaurants we wanted to explore. That said, normally we do more cooking when at a VRBO and this kitchen was beautifully furnished with anything and everything you could possibly need. Lovely porches front and back, really charming. 」

「The house was easy to find (since my husband spent his summers there as a kid) and we found everything clean and well-equipped. Appreciated the stash of spices, condiments and kitchen equipment since we did some cooking. Loved biking the island! Water was rough from a storm so no kayaking but the shed was full of water toys for nice days. We all enjoyed our stay very much!」

「We enjoyed our weekend away! The upstairs AC went out right before our stay, but the owner communicated clearly and offered alternatives. We had a little issue with gnats, but I know that is common and difficult to manage near water. Otherwise, everything was beautiful and the house was amazing. We kept dreaming and wishing this was our forever home. 」

「This house was perfect! Exactly as described! Great communication, easy check-in, and super clean. We had everything we needed and then some! The sand on the private beach was soft and the water was great for swimming. We went crabbing off the back dock and watched the waves from the front fire pit. 「We had a fabulous stay in Deltaville. The house was everything you could ask for and more. The minute we walked in it felt like home, so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked right down to the brown paper for the counter to crack blue crab on. We so enjoyed sitting outside looking at the river. Our host Aaron was very easy to communicate with, answered all our questions before and during our stay.We will definitely plan on returning the this lovely place. 」

「Our group spent a wonderful week at David's lovely and private home! The group included four families with kids ranging in age from 5-16 yo. Everyone had plenty of space - the bunk sleep room was great for the kids. The house was well appointed including kitchenware and comfortable furniture. The kids used the crab pots and had a nice haul for lunch one day. The back yard is spacious and the perfect spot for a fire at the end of the night, and the dock area is incredibly serene.
